Wonderful hotel.
The room was large, clean, and spacious, equipped with everything you might need. The pool is very pleasant; you need to reserve a slot in advance, and thanks to that I was almost alone there and could truly relax after a full day of exploring Paris. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and plentiful. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is located in a modern and pleasant neighborhood. It’s a bit far from the city center, but it’s only a one-minute walk from Metro Line 14, which takes you to the center within minutes. Right next to the hotel there is a lovely shopping area (Bercy Village) with shops, restaurants, and more.
I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Pullman Bercy and highly recommend it.

Room was quite, food was good.
Worst service of anywhere in the world. I’ve stayed in Pullman’s all over the world, this was bad. Bath tub and basin not draining, no one ever answering the room service or reception phone. Some staff were rude. Rooms were dirty and not cleaned well. Shower sprayed water all over the bathroom due to set up.
