Disappointing
The only positives - close to Bercy village and Metro station and secondly the staff were very helpful.
Beware you will be charged a minimum deposit of Euros 100 - 800 per guest per night for accidental damage to a hotel that is already damaged. We were on the 6th floor, so avoid that floor at all cost if offered. This hotel had a terrible stench, the hallway carpet was as good as sand, it was extremely worn out like it hadn't been washed for 10 years, it was very dirty and dusty, on the 6th floor at least. The room smelled so bad, I couldn't wait to leave, I had 2 separate 3 day bookings and had to cancel the second half of my stay. No bedroom slippers provided but that was not an issue. The window in the room did not close properly, when you pull it in to lock, it blocks out external noise but when you then try to lock it you hear the noise from outside. Window sill all grotty, wall paint bubbled and almost peeling. It was a shower over bath, no separate shower. The lobby has been described as vibrant but that is because it gets very busy and it looked somewhat modern. There is an event arena nearby and multiple offices, so guests from there stay in this hotel. There was a some sort of event going on whilst we were there and that totally overwhelmed us, looked like a UFC event, so there were many sports people and a lot of recording going on. I certainly won't stay here again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone. It's definitely not a hotel to choose if you have younger kids.

The property has decent facilities, and breakfast was fine
We stayed for 4 nights, from the first day AC was not cooling. When we made the complaints, they informed us that there was a problem with the chiller unit and that they were not yet ready to provide a timeline for fixing the issue. On the third day, they sent us a fan at night, which was not working. Finally, we had to suffer all four days without AC in the summertime. The same experience was faced with my friend and his family, who travelled with us and stayed in the hotel during the same period.
We had requested to book a taxi upon checkout, but we had to wait there for 30 minutes, and no one bothered to arrange the same. We had to find an alternate solution to get to the airport.
I have never found such irresponsible and arrogant staff in the hotel industry.

Location
TV wasn’t working properly and room service took so long to rectify it. There was no teaspoon in the room and when I called room service I was told that I would have to be charged €5 to provide me with teaspoon in the room.

Very good size of the room , very comfortable, nice warm swimming pool. Great attention to detail from the staff, we had absolutely everything we needed in the room
The way of reserving slots to use their swimming pool doesn't work . We booked only adults time slot, but there were plenty of children around, because many guests don't follow their reserved times. When we complained about this at the reception, they said they cannot do anything about it, which was very strange. We used the pool only once because of that , but wanted to use more often . Also , I didn't like the smell in the rooms , and in the hotel overall, it would be nice to use some pleasant refreshing aromatiser in the hotel.

Calm place out of the chaos of Paris Centre, whe. You need to relax after a hot days of sightseeing. Close to Bercy Village with a lot of restaurants. Steps from the metro. Good vibe all day at the facility. Clean, spacious and comfortable

All good.However Ariette menu for quick light meals could be a bit more varied with less " complete & heavy" dishes , salads might be lighter for "en cas" quick meals.
