I love that the hotel was a smaller more intimate feel. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the breakfast buffet and excellent coffee machine with choices. Fresh fruit and juices were delightful! ?
The location was very convenient within walking distance to shopping and local restaurants.

This hotel had everything we needed for a great stay in Paris. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had all my must-have amenities - comfortable bed, good blackout curtains, Nespresso machine, and good soundproofing. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the location is great for seeing Paris, as there are several major subway lines nearby.

The location was perfect for me. There was a vegan bakery nearby which i had breakfast in every morning.
There were two elevators and one of them was out of order for the whole week i was there. It took very long time to wait for the one elevator that was working.

Good location in the Paris Opera district, right across from Gare Saint-Lazare (St Lazare Train Station). This is a very good "value" hotel, providing a clean room at a very reasonable price. While the room was small, I've certainly stayed in smaller rooms in NYC, for example. Despite being small, the room did include a refrigerator. They offered what looked like a very nice full breakfast, but we didn't have the opportunity to use due to our travel schedule. The staff were all very nice and friendly.

The staff was incredible! Every day they would help us by giving options for how to get where we wanted to go. They checked train schedules, bus routes, and walking distance. Provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. Housekeeping was amazing! While hotel is not located close to attractions, all attractions were easily accessible by bus, train or walking (which we did a lot!) Lots of good shopping and restaurants in the area. Only downfall is it did get quite noisy at night. Of course, we like to sleep with windows open so that was on us!

Location is the only decent thing.
Very poor standards of cleanliness and room service. Rooms had lots of mosquitoes and we were unable to sleep. Took hours to send a repellant and they did not even move us after multiple requests. Staff was extremely rude and was trying to charge extra money for a slightly late checkout after we were unable to sleep all night.

Great location. AC went out on the first night. Lifts are small but stairs are an alternative. Close to the train station and nice restaurants nearby.
Lights in the second room we booked did not work. Staff tried to fix but were out the whole stay.

Location next to a major train station, easy to reach.
The breakfast was fine and there was tea, coffee and some treats available in the lobby in the afternoon.
Minimal storage in the room. The suitcases and clothes had to be on the floor.

Wonderful
The room was very modern and stylish and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful.
The food was also very good & having afternoon tea and cakes was a very nice touch
Parts of the hotel (Lift and corridors to the rooms) looked tired and in need of some paint and updatiing
