Location was excellent, room was clean, not spacious but that's Paris. Honestly you can't beat the location for the price. A bit dubious of the star rating but hey I'm not complaining.

The staff were so lovely and upgraded our room in addition to providing us with some complimentary macarons. This was such a welcome accommodation. The room was beautiful, large and clean. We did not have the opportunity to use the spa but would love to on our next visit. An amazing stay!

Very good value for money. Friendly and helpul people. Nice spacious and comforable rooms, the hotel also kindly gave me an upgrade. Proper windows: can be fully opened for the fresh air, but once closed are completely soundproofed. You can get a drink in the lobby.
The location although rather convenient is not exaclty pleasant. It is very close to St Lazare station and the last 200 meters to the hotel do not smell or look nice. The best and the safest way is to walk through the station to the platform 26 - it is a small exit next to it and tight opposite the hotel entrance.

We only stayed a night due to our overnight layover. Great location for the RER, getting from the airport and to the airport makes this a prime location. Shopping, places to eat, easy access to taxis, buses, and Uber/Bolt drivers makes this a great location. Lobby area very clean; staff were great! Breakfast was great!
