Great location, great value, fantastic staff. The coffee in the coffee machine is actually great - saved so much money there. Shower water pressure want perfect and the elevators were a slow but outside of that I highly recommend this place.

Great location opposite Gare St Lazare for train and metro. Area was great..plenty of lovely bistros nearby. Walking distance stance to Tuileries gardens/Louvre/river etc. Loved the decoration of the hotel and room..modern and spotless. Very comfy beds and pillows. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Didn’t realise one had to pay extra to use sauna.

The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean, the morning shift staff are all nice and cooperative, unlike the night shift!
Very small, no enough staff, only the receptionist and no one else during the night.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help throughout our stay. They gave us excellent advice on the best ways to get to the local sights and which transport options to use, which made exploring the area much easier. The hotel's location was excellent, with the train station literally right across the road. The area felt safe at all times, even when it was busy, making it a convenient and comfortable base for our trip.
