The location was perfect - perfect for getting all around Paris from Saint Lazare, like we did - and near Gallery Lafayette. The coffee in the foyet and water dispenser were really decent too - and the staff helpful. The room was lovely and big and looked beautiful
The breakfast was limited, so we decided to go out for breakfast nearby

A wonderful stay, made unforgettable by Lina! We had a truly lovely stay at this hotel in Paris. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and it had everything we needed: a kettle, a coffee machine with coffee, and all the little details that make you feel at home after a long day of exploring the city. What made our stay exceptional was Lina from the hotel staff. She went above and beyond to make our visit as comfortable as possible. Whatever we asked about, whether shops, museums, or restaurants, she gave us thoughtful, excellent recommendations, and every one of them was spot on. She even walked us to one of the places we wanted to visit after her shift had ended. That kind of kindness and genuine care is rare, and we are very grateful to her. Thank you, Lina, and thank you to the whole team! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

We had a wonderful stay at Phileas Hôtel. The location is excellent, right across from Saint-Lazare train station, which was especially convenient for us as we took a train from there to Normandy. I was upgraded for my birthday, the staff was great, the location is extremely convenient, the little buffet at 4 is phenomenal...
the room was a little expensive that week but if the rate is better next time we will definitely go back!

Very Nice and helpful staff. Clean, but slightly small rooms. Location is great for exploring on foot, but very busy street right across from train station. We booked a Massage which was great as well

Location is perfect. 2 minutes to most of the metro/train stations. The shower room is good and comfortable. Breakfast is fine with some choices. Free cookies, sweet treats and lemon tea are provied in the afternoon. The staff is kind and reachable.
The room is tiny and there's only one chair in the room. Nowhere to put away things. The furniture looks quite old. The elevators are not good. One can only open the door in half (Was notified it's been fixed now)
