Exceptional
I was only able to stay one night but I loved this little boutique hotel. So clean! Great location in Montparnasse. I teach French in the US and come to France often. Ill definitely be back!

Its a newer property and a good location with lots of food around. Its about a five minute walk from the metro station which is good. And also about seven minute walk from a train station.
Its Paris, so the rooms are small, of course. Even though its a newer hotel, some people just have a lack of hygiene so like bad feet hahaha Breakfast options are very, very limited, mostly pastries, and very sweet options

The location was within 20/30 mins walk of the main attractions in central Paris. Montparnasse itself has its own character and offers a good range of restaurants and bars. The property was well maintained and cleaned well on a daily basis. It felt like a new premises. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were good and very good.
At this level of accommodation in Paris, nothing.

Location was great as a lot of food markets nearby and it's easy to get to Charles de Gaulle and Paris city centre by metro or bus
Room was very small and no air-conditioning. We could barely open our luggage and go around the room. Breakfast is average in portion sizes but quality breakfast with one pain au chocolate, one croissant, one small bread baguette with 2 jams, honey, one small yoghurt and hot and cold drink. So don't expect a buffet breakfast or variety but it's ok to start your day with.

Really friendly staff, and great decor.
Rooms are really small and lack storage space. We stayed for 2 nights in a standard room and struggled getting ready due to the lack of space.
