I liked the location. It took us just 40 minutes to reach a beautiful spot where you can see the tower. We walked along a charming street lined with coffee shops, stores, and boutiques. We didn't even feel the 40-minute walk. The hotel has a very beautiful interior, a delicious and filling breakfast, the cheeses were excellent, and so were the pastries! The staff makes great coffee and greets you with a smile.

Location perfect - for expo especially and lots of cafes etc to grab what you need on the go. Quiet / boutique, helpful local staff and breakfast great
Room little small (but knew that pre trip) esp bottom of bed trying to get into bathroom ! No major issues for 2 nights business trip

The quality of everything surprised me. The longer I paid attention to the details, the more I enjoyed my stay, for example, the light switch, the hangers, the furniture, the tiles, the carpet, the butter, the pastries… Feels like they really take pride in their hotel.
The shower, the bed, the pillows, the room heating, made coming back after a long busy day feel like a proper recharge
Breakfast was delicious (I’m glad I got a breakfast included option, usually I don’t do that as I find them disappointing), staff very attentive, location close to the metro station and tram stop. Quiet area, I felt safe as a solo traveller.
The lift size and smell give the hotel the wrong first impression. After that everything was perfect. (My last day room neighbours were a nightmare, though. I could smell their various cigarettes coming to my room). Probably the room would feel too small if coming as a couple

The breakfast was good
This hotel wasn’t a four star hotel, it didn’t have a hygiene kit, gym and many other factors for the four star hotel. The room was super small, you could be in the room by one person not a couple. The room was cold on our last night of stay we found the room warm.
