The bed is comfortable and the hotel is well situated.
None of the fixtures in the bathroom are well-installed. For instance, the shower and sink tap are coming loose. The shower is missing a curtain or full glass door, which means that water gets everywhere when you shower. The bathroom window is not sufficiently covered by the screen that has been installed and so you can be seen from the street below, as well as from the buildings across the street a voyeurs dream come true! The toilet brush handle had come off, and when we asked the receptionist if the brush could be changed, he looked disgruntled but said it would be taken care of the next day. We never got a new one. Hooks in the bedroom to hang clothes have most unconveniently been placed on top of a piece of furniture and are therefore not very functional. The aforementioned receptionist offered us free breakfast if we gave them five stars on TripAdvisor... perhaps instead of bribing clients with free breakfast, that money would be better spent on better quality equipment!

Location is perfect. It is pretty far from the center, but with RER and Metro stations in 3 minute walk give easy access to anywhere. Situated in a good neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. Room is pretty small, but comfy, I did not hear any noise from the street or from other guests. Breakfast is tasty but chioice is limited. The hotel is rather clean.
The weird setup of the bathroom - you have to step over the toilet to get to the shower. The hotel needs some upgrade. While it looks clean, I found a lady sunglasses under the bed. The wardrobe is awkwardly situated. While there is a smallish table you cannot use it to work with a laptop.

Great location. I was given the quiet room with a bath that I asked for. Very comfortable bed.
The room was so small and crammed with furniture that the only place to open my case was in front of the door ! The hotel doesn't live up to the photos on booking.com.

The staff - very friendly and helpful. We asked for extra towels and they called a cab to the airport for us.
The bathroom was awkward- no place to hang a towel and the floor got wet when you showered. I also wish there was air conditioning- it was very loud from the street noise with the windows open despite being on the 7th floor.

Good location, 4 min walk to the train, area isn't touristy so restaurant prices are reasonable. Fast food and supermarket nearby. Bed and pillows are excellent.
The room I got had 1 Queen sized bed. Room is small, foot of bed is about 2 ft away from the wall where TV was, so you have to squeeze yourself to get to the bathroom. Bathroom walls could use a bit more scrubbing.

The hotel is around the corner from a great metro stop. The RER A line takes you to the Arc de Triomphe in -10 minutes. The reception staff and the breakfast staff were so nice!
Our room was uncomfortably hot at night.

The staff was very friendly! They let us check in early because the weather was unpleasant! All the staff are exceptional!
The bed is extremely hard! My girlfriend and I both have sore shoulders and backs from it. Also the lack of pillows. It came with 2 very flat pillows we had to ask the front desk for 2 more, which they did immediately for us.

The decoration is pleasant and since I stayed at the seventh floor there was a small balcony with a lovely view of Paris. The staff was friendly and the internet works really well too.
If you are expecting any extra bed or two single beds together, forget about it. It is a room for couples and there is no other alternative otherwise. The breakfast is simple and has not even one single fruit. The location is probably the hardest part.
