Close to train station and reasonably priced. If you're just looking for a place to sleep before catching am early train from gare de Lyon, this is great.

One of the window was not closing and the bedroom had been cleaned so deeply that the bleach smell was nearly suffocating.

The location was great but a bit noisy in the mornings as there is a school on the block and the children are loud on the playground. It was a wonderful neighborhood with everything I needed nearby and not touristy.

The staff were very nice. Great area for bars and food. A quick walk to Gare de Lyon for the TGV in the morning
The furniture was basic, the rooms tired. Some tiles were cracked and missing in the bathroom, and the tile sealant had black spots. Im trying to distinguish between a basic, clean, cheap hotel and other things that just arent acceptable. This hotel, in my experience, is on the edge of acceptable, but if cheap is your number one requirement, its good at that!
