I liked the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, as well as their genuine care for the guests. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was lively and welcoming, which created a pleasant environment during the stay
We kindly suggest renovating and updating the furniture in the guest rooms, as some of it appears outdated and could benefit from refurbishment.

Carpet were filthy with huge stains . The air conditioners for all rooms were off and they would not turn them on.

Asked for an Iron every single day I was there - did not get one.
Lady at breakfast barely acknowledged me, I saw she'd pointed out what was available etc to the guy in front but when it came to me just waved me in, little to know actual acknowledgement.
