Small room. No water or anything to drink in the room. Had to go down for everything cos room service and Reception didn’t pick calls.

The proximity to Port de Granelle where our Viking cruise was departing

The stuff specially, the people on the breakfast they were very helpful. The guy was named Mohammed and I like the smell for the last 8 years It is the same location is wonderful..
The toilet were not comfortable to use. It’s difficult to clean up..

The location was nice and the common areas were nice.
The rooms themselves are quite small especially for a family of 4. I specifically got the superior room with a sofa and it barely fit us. Also the room itself did not match the quality of the common areas. Way too much money for such a just ok room. There hardly any plugs to plug anything into. The whole hotel felt like it was mote focused on the quantity of rooms instead of the quality. Also the gym is nice but the hours are horrible. Most hotel gyms are open 24 hours, I workout early in the morning and the gym doesn't open till 0730, that is unacceptable. The staff wasn't great either I would ask a question and they would respond as if I was stupid. I was trying to get into the hotel garage to get my car and the lady spoke to me as if it was Intutive whoch it isn't. I went back up and asked twice and both times she treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. She said I didn't need a ticket when in fact I did and had to pay before I left. No one even said that when I walked in. Lastly the breakfast set up makes non sense. You have no bowls by the yogurt, its off by itself with no bowls or spoons. And the granola that goes in it wanst by it. The whole set up has no flow to it. Considering the amount of money I spent for only 2 nights it was a very disappointing hotel and wxpirence

Located nearby a supermarket and a shopping mall.
They turned off the AC in the rooms since winter has started. It was cold outside the hotel but the room was extremely hot. I asked for afan and they provided one.
The carpet in my room was dirty with stains and it was not vacuumed properly.
The gym and swimming pool feel old and not up to the Novotel standard.

The location was good, just 10 minutes until the Eiffel tower, it had good access to metro stations.
The room and the general area was clean and if you have chance, you can get a room with nice view to Eiffel or river. The front desk people was warm.
Noone is there for moving your luggage from taxi to your room or reverse.
You couldn’t find any plate, glass, water, slipper in your room and the big problem is breakfast, you have to stay in line for going inside the restaurant. At the end I had a bad experience with elevator, when I want to check out, the elevator had problems and I stay near 15 minutes for that. I lost my Uber and I arrived late to train station. It was so stressful.

This the third time to stay at this hotel
But this time the reception staff was not helpful, I booked superior room of 28 m and get very small room around 12-15 square meter, I called the reception but they didn’t do anything, I spoked to manager and he was great, he gave me a complimentary extra small room & I am really appreciate his effort.
There is no complementary water in the room and instead u have to buy your own bottle and fill it from the reception
No room service at evening
No concierge staff to take your luggage
No plug adapter and u have to buy it from their shop for around 12 €

Not worth for the money i paid
- very old furniture inside room
- very bad housekeeping, no accurate at all neither in cleaning , nor in bed arrangements
- when i checked inn, dirty towels beside bed!!
- body hair in bathroom
- average breakfast , always have to que for an omelette for at least 15 min
- very few hot foods in breakfast and no change for 3 times in had breakfast ( better to have breakfast in a restaurant near hotel just few meters away )
- very dirty floor carpet with lots of dark spots !
- view of the river is very nice
- nice , big and fast elevator
- good location
- taxies are aleays ready at the hotel front door
