Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, but what truly made our experience special was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Lola at the front desk and Joseph at breakfast, who were both incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

The local is close to shopping, food, and the Eiffel Tower!!
They have a place in the lobby to refill water bottles
Breakfast had great options, the scrambled egg are a bit liquidity but you can wait in line and get order fresh cooked eggs
Shower leaks water to the floor and hits the carpet and is turning black
Beds are hard, pillow arent that great could be cleaner
scheduling a time for the swimming pool was a pain

I like their location, the place the hotel everything
I didn’t like the reception the lady who made my room key when I ask her I booked a room with the river view
She refused and she gave me a room facing the city. I showed her the Booking.com. She did not accept.

The location is great. You can literally see the Eiffel Tower from the entrance of the hotel. Rest assured, there is NO view of the tower from ANY of the rooms at this property. Very misleading based on the name of the hotel.
It is very outdated! The family apartment was barely enough space for 2 people yet alone 2 adults and 2 children. The washroom was dirty and the shower did not work properly. The AC unit was also not functioning properly and they needed to give us a fan to keep cool. Breakfast was horrible. Didn’t taste good and definitely not worth buying the 22 euros breakfast per person.

Great location, main areas of hotel are nice and seem newly renovated. Very friendly staff.
Nice refrigerator in the room was great for keeping drinks and water cold.
Room was dated, had a weird split of the bathroom where the Toilet was in a seperate room (just the toilet, no sink) and the Bath, Sink and Shower was in another room so you had to walk 20ft through two rooms to wash your hands. The shower door was crooked and was leaking water on the floor when showering.
It feels like maybe some floors were renovated and others not, but for $400+/night I was expecting more.
Pool and gym was located in an adjacent building, wasn't very inviting or practical to use.

The reception experience was not good. We had to carry our own luggage even though it was very heavy, and the gentleman standing there did not assist us; he only directed us to where we should go, which was not very welcoming.
The room was disappointing. The bed sheets and the bathroom were not clean.
On a positive note, the staff member at check-in was very kind, and the check-out experience was pleasant as well.

We went out to breakfast. We don’t like to eat a buffet everyday and your price is high.
Receptionist, concierge, especially housekeeping staff was not helpful. Housekeeping doesn’t answer phone. We needed cups and coffee packets and towels for our room. We asked reception desk 3 times to tell housekeeping and concierge 2 times. No one ever came. We had our room cleaned and purposely left a piece of candy wrapper on the floor if it would be picked up or vacuumed . The Candy wrapper was still there when we returned. Plus housekeeping didn’t refill the coffee packets and cups. Not even once. Your rooms needs to be renovated. Our rooms were so dirty and filthy! Your online pictures and commercial is false advertising. I had 4 rooms reserved and all of us had the same problems. The service at your hotel to foreign guests needs retraining in order for us to stay again. We will not recommend your hotel to our family and friends. Everyone left your hotel in disgust. We also notice you put all the Asian guests on the 31st floor. Coincidence or prejudice? Tourism is key for your hotel. Please take this negative review so you can improve your hotel.

The location
The room is very very small, they dont provide dental kit nor water as they support sustanability so they ask us to go down to the lobby to fill our water from the water fountains and we have to buy the bottle its not offered complimentary. The toilet has no sink so when you shower the whole floor becomes full of water without getting dry for hours

Everything, location service technology crew really highly recommended to all especially with families. Just next to the mini Gallery Lafyette cinema, shopping restaurants steps away from Eiffel Tower. Even I love the breakfast buffet. With omelette fried eggs corner. Freshly prepared by live chef ❤️❤️❤️❤️

hotel is nice and the room I had has an awesome view but it can be better. I was expectinga view of Eiffel Tower as it is very close but that didn't happen.
You can't open the windows and the rooms are small; not the best value for the price and the bath tub was small also.
