Very Poor
My stay at Novotel Paris was extremely disappointing and far below my expectations, especially considering the high price.
Room Cleanliness and Comfort:
The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bedding did not feel properly clean, and the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. The situation was so bad that I had to buy Dettol and clean the bathroom myself. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this price and standard.
The air conditioning was another major issue. We left it running for an entire day, hoping the room would cool down, but it did not work properly. There was also no proper ventilation through the window, making the room uncomfortable.
Service and Staff:
The service was another major disappointment. I was shocked to be told that I had to pay an additional fee just to have my luggage brought to my room. I have never expected this level of service from a hotel of this category.
Additionally, when we called room service from our room, nobody answered. This made the overall experience even more frustrating.
Value for Money:
The price was extremely high compared to the quality of the room, cleanliness, and service provided. The experience did not justify the cost at all.
I cannot comment on the other facilities, as I did not use them during my stay.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service should be the minimum expectation at any hotel, especially one charging such high rates. I would not choose to stay here again, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues.

Location ia premium, near to eiffel, bug bus stop, metro etc
Nearby, not so many cafe, restaurant ambience looks like a simple and normal street cafe not like a novotel style. No hand wash option inside the washroom and you need to go again to shower area to wash hands

Everything was great. All the staff was super friendly whether it be the front desk, wait staff, even security. The restaurant Greem was excellent both breakfast and supper. And le Benkay was the exquisite. The highlight of our stay was the proximity from the hotel to major attractions we wished to visit; Eiffel Tower, la Seine, L’arc du Triomphe, and the Louvre museum.

When we arrived after an extremely long travel day (from Canada) with our autistic daughter, we were given an upgrade to an Eiffel Tour view room which was absolutely amazing and unexpected! The room had a great view, had extra space for our child, and was very comfortable. It was in a quiet part of the hotel ( as requested) and ever staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly.
It would have been nice to have a slightly bigger, cold fridge in the room, but this was not a deal breaker. An extra chair for sitting would have been nice, but again, not a deal breaker.
