Very near to attractions. Clean and lovely reception etc only thing our room the toilet was separate being from the uk struggled as it was right not to my sons sofa bed, was very awkward lol but we only stayed 3 nights and barely was in hotel.
The toilet being seperate from bathroom and sink.

When we arrived after an extremely long travel day (from Canada) with our autistic daughter, we were given an upgrade to an Eiffel Tour view room which was absolutely amazing and unexpected! The room had a great view, had extra space for our child, and was very comfortable. It was in a quiet part of the hotel ( as requested) and ever staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly.
It would have been nice to have a slightly bigger, cold fridge in the room, but this was not a deal breaker. An extra chair for sitting would have been nice, but again, not a deal breaker.

Room wasn’t ready on time even though check is in from 3 , at 5pm when we arrived not ready. No proper explanation of where breakfast is or any other bits about the hotel. No water bottles available for guests - the only hotel I’ve been to like this

Bathroom was a little shabby, the shower screen didn’t fit over the bath properly so water flooded the floor! The sofa bed was creaky, every time a child rolled over it made a noise.
