The location was great. It was so easy to jump on the Metro from this location and go anywhere in Paris.
This is listed as a 2 bedroom apartment. This is a falsehood. It is really a studio apartment with 2 beds. The layout of the beds is similar to bunkbeds. It was NOT appropriate for 2 70+ year old's.
The listing stated breakfast was included. But, breakfast was eggs and toast, which you have to prepare yourself.

Lilian was an exceptional host. He met us upon check in and went through everything with us. He explained how everything worked in the flat and shared insights as to the best restaurants and things to do in Paris. The breakfast was excellent with eggs, juice, cereal, milk, coffee, bread, jam and tons of snacks/ sweets for the kids. There was also a welcome gift of a bottle of champagne - what a nice surprise! The flat was very comfortable for a family of 4 with 2 teenage children. Area of the flat is in the Latin Quarter and was very easy to get to and navigate around. Amazing super market located a couple minutes away.
Don’t have anything bad to say about the host or flat.

It was very well located close to Paris city centre and close to two different metro lines. The appartement is conveniently organized and has everything needed for a small group (up to 5!) visiting Paris. Due to its clever setup the apartment remains spacious and comfortable! The host is a very nice person and helpful!

I loved how helpful Mr. Lillian was upon our arrival. He really took the time to show us everything and gave us very helpful tips for the area. While small for Texas standards, this apartment had everything we needed and more. There were even umbrellas and games. The Xbox was a huge hit with our boys as was the snacks! There was even a washer/dryer which was so helpful for our 12 stay trek through Europe.
There was nothing at all to complain about.

We liked the host, he was very friendly and recommended many places to stay.
The rating of this place is much higher than deserved because the host offers a bottle of champagne in exchange for a good review.
We were also pressured to give a good review by WhatsApp message after we left.
The apartment is tiny, barely more space than average hotel rooms. Instead of a bedroom, a part of the room is boxed in and divided in the middle to give two half height rooms with mattresses lying on the floor (no frame or boards), but there is no way to close them. One is in the hallway/kitchen area, on is reached by a ladder from the living room. Because you cannot close the exit and it is up high, it is not safe for small children to sleep in. As the beds are closed in on 5 sides, it gets very hot during the night (we were there in January, it was 0 °C outside...).
The sink in the bathroom is so small I could not get both of my hands under the tap because my shoulders would not fit in. If you are not slim, your body will touch the shower on one side and the wall on the other side while sitting on the toilet.
The furniture is old and not in great condition. There is only one tiny bin mounted above head height. The lid easily comes off and nearly hit the child on the head several times.
There is a ventilation hole in the window so the sofa area gets quite draughty.
The breakfast was the bare minimum, eggs, UHT milk and cheap orange juice in the fridge and white toast, Madeleines from a plastic bag and some spreads, but nothing fresh, nothing savoury like cheese, nothing from the bakery. We were three people for three nights and got 6 coffee capsules for the machine...
It is ok to sleep in but considering the price and the shining reviews it has we were very disappointed, I would definitely not book this again.

This is a cosy, compact, clean studio. I greatly under-estimated the size of this place but we managed, given that we were only there to sleep. For a family of 5 (3 teenagers) there was no room to move but from the other reviews for this place, this seems standard. The beds were very comfy and the shower was great, plus the washing machine/dryer combo was very useful. The host was very helpful and lovely, and gave us plenty of tips for the area.
More cooking utensils would have been helpful for us. Given that we were on a budget and cooked most nights, there was no oven so more utensils would have been helpful to cook more things on the cooktop.
I don’t see how this is a ‘luxury suite’.

The apartment is conveniently located in a pleasant neighbourhood, close to many bus stops and metro stations served by different lines. In fact, it is so well-located we walked while our kids scooted (with the awesome skate-scooters provided by Lilian) to Pantheon, Notre-Dame Cathedral, along the left bank and across to Marais. The scooters kept our kids energetic for the entire day as compared to walking, and we mixed in some bus rides (scooters folded) for further destinations such as Eiffel tower.
The apartment is very spacious thanks to ingenious interior design. Two very spacious and extremely comfortable double beds stacked on top of each other, yet providing enough headroom for one to sit upright without knocking one's head. Thoughtfully-placed windows, mini fans (for good ventilation), shelves and reading lamps for each bed. Our 3 kids (elementary sch age)enjoyed sharing the upper bunk bed, so there was no need to use the sofa bed (equipped with bedding, pillow btw).
The bathroom is so well-designed that there was plenty of space in the shower cubicle, which was clean, well-lit, non-slip, powerful hand-held shower head & rain shower. The shower cubicle had an excellent sliding glass door that kept the WC and sink/laundry area dry. The Samsung washer-dryer is very powerful- drying cycle was alot faster than other washer-dryers I've used before. Although the bathroom sink was slightly higher due to the washer-dryer below, the provided step-stool made it easy for my youngest and there's also the kitchen sink. The kitchen was very well-equipped - microwave,toaster,stove etc, a good-sized sink,fridge,ironing equipment & generously stocked with our breakfast needs(bread,butter, eggs,milk,juices,madeleines). The nights were quiet even with windows open. Highly secure 2-layered door locking (both electronic, manual) in a secure quiet building. Lilian lived nearby & was available whenever we needed him.

The location of the apartment is perfect. Close to two different Metro stations and not far from the Notredam. The grocery store is close to the apartment. The owner, Mr. Lilian is very nice. He gave us a lot of suggestions about where to go and what to see. The apartment is bigger than a hotel room for 5 persons in Paris centre. The apartment really has a lot of facilities: hair dryer, microwave, playstation and other games for children, ...
There could be more plates, cups, glasses, cutlery.

Compact apartment with every amenity on offer, sleeps up to six with two double beds and a pull out double sofa couch. Perfect location to jump on lines 7 and 10 to the highlights of the city. Loads of restaurants and bars in walking distance as well as cafes and shops for your convenience. Host is brilliant and offers all the advice needed. Xbox available to use.
It is compact so space could be an issue if you spend a long time in the apartment.

Perfect for a short family stay - incredibly helpful and welcoming owner, clever use of space so we felt we had plenty of room. Great central location - 10 minute or so walk from Notre Dame and the Pantheon and just a few minutes' walk from two Metro stations. Bonus of breakfast supplies being provided and my son loved playing on the X Box when we took a rare break from sightseeing!

The location was great- near a lot of great shops and transit. We had lots of snacks and drinks that were provided. Mister Lilian took his time to explain to us how to use things around the apartment. The beds were comfortable. The room was compact (as listing states)but our family of 4 was able to make it work.
