The hotel is well located, close to the metro which is great. It is a good hotel for a short stay in Paris. Wifi is included in the fee.
The lift was not working and had to walk up 3 floors with bags.

Location is near train station.
The room is spacious.
Breakfast was okay though not grand but optional.
If weather was good, therr is outdoor seating.
Reception was nice.
Elevator is broken.
We waited for 1 hour to get our room.
It needs refurbishment, the room looks nice but not well kept.
The fridge is hotter than the room.

Lets just say my stay for three from October 18-20, 2023 has been an unforgettable one for sure! The Nord Est Hotel was a great choice to pick based on location it was near the train station, near the local train system, delicious restaurants, and still felt safe walking around late at night. Lobby staff available as well 24 hours daily and we were always welcomed back to our hotel room in a very friendly manner.
The triple room was spacious based on average sizes of the hotel rooms in Paris, clean, and provided with basic necessities. The bed itself was very comfortable leaving you wanting for not. And the hotel itself has central AC/Heat which is hard to come by there!
After we checked out, they accommodated our request to keep our bags at the hotel and kept them safe to enjoy our last day in Paris.
They are also honest! I didnt realize until I was physically leaving the country that I had forgotten my wallet in the safe. They were able to thankfully find it for me and helped to make sure it would get back safely in my hands.
I am truly thankful to your staff!
10/10 I would recommend Nord Est Hotel.

Location was perfect. Just a 5 min walk to the train station. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. The staff was so friendly and helpful.
Our shower didnt drain very well.

The boy was very helpful and cleaned dirty bath from hair!!
The hair left in the plug hole a little dirty here and there and then in the morning there was a bug on the bed so I left. I do have a photo
