Location is amazing, surrounded by supermarket, Japanese restaurants, coffee shops. 5 mins walk from opera de Paris, 10 mins walk to Lafayette Haussmann. all the staffs from hotel are super nice and helpful. nice cocktail in the bar, sauna and pool are designed with taste. overall super memorable experience. highly recommended
Theres clean lady came into the room while I was inside the room, and undressed. It was a bit embarrassing.
Also theres no coffee machine inside the room neither boiler. if I understand correctly the coffee service is on demand and need to pay extra. but overall these are not the big problems for us. its still 10/10 experience for us.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was wonderful traveling with a baby and having everything provided that we needed. The hotel and restaurant was so beautiful, it didn't seem like we had to downgrade the luxury to accommodate for our toddler. We had breakfast in bed every morning from room service and it was divine.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Nolinski Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience fell far below expectations. The receptionist at check-in, Pierre Louis, was noticeably rude and unwelcoming, which left a poor first impression.
The room itself was also in unacceptable condition — the carpet was dirty, the door didn’t open properly, and we had to replace our key cards within the first hour of checking in. Additionally, both the bathroom sink and shower were leaking, which made our stay even more uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, it has now been over three weeks since our departure, and our deposit has still not been refunded. We have tried reaching out multiple times, but no one has responded.
Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the standards we expected, and we would not recommend Nolinski to anyone looking to enjoy a pleasant stay in Paris — there are certainly better options available.

Excellent location and staff were very helpful. Great facilities, accessible to major attractions. Julia was a super helpful concierge. Dinner was so nice in the restaurant and room was beautiful and comfortable.

Good location, trained and helpful staff, stylish interior. An island of calm in the noisy Paris. Breakfast a la carte is delicious, especially the croissant. The shower cabin is very small, large people may have problems. The pool is very heavily chlorinated, the smell of chlorine accompanied me all day. Otherwise, everything is great.

An amazing Welcome, and it was truly amazing that EVERY member of staff were welcoming, happy and helpful throughout our stay.
Amazing breakfast, Pastries were phenomenal, check out the Laminations!
The General Manager’s welcoming letter promised they were going to make our stay result in us thinking of the Nolinski our Paris home. There is NO DOUBT that when we next stay in Paris it will be at the Nolinski, so in short they succeeded!
Can’t think of a thing!! Though I didn’t like that I’d forgotten to bring my trunks to try out their amazing pool and sauna! Though I suspect that doesn’t count. Come to think of it given the level of service we experienced I bet they could have provided me some!!

the hotel is very small, meaning everything is very tight, and the grey walls make it even smaller, I do not recommend it to people with claustrophobia, and the service, transfer, reception worked very poorly, I took two rooms in this hotel, one suite for my teacher and the second a little smaller. except for the numerous concierges at the doors and the location, I did not like anything, I called the reception three times. breakfast at 33 or 37 euros, an egg, juice, a croissant and a drink, also not worth it
