Staff was friendly
AC wasnt working most of the nights and the days we stayed in Paris were very hot. The reception wasnt able to help much with it!

I really loved the location was so close to great restaurants and a lovely ice cream caf. I really loved all the beautiful books and attention to detail in the room. The sunlight filled the kitchen and lounge in the afternoon and it felt so warm and happy in the space.
The shower was a bit low for tall people but this is probably only a problem on the 6th floor

Nice breakfast, very nice people at the reception, good location.
The room was a liitle bit noisy because of the traffic outside.

Very lovely interior design, all light wood cream and gold. Perfect size for a family of 3 with sofa bed in living room and a double bed. Lovely bistro next door perfect for breakfast and supper with kids. Kitchenette great and nice rainfall shower.
Noisy street for sofa bed but very quiet in double bedroom at back of apartment. Double bed quite hard, sofa bed quite comfortable as sofa beds go. High balcony with doors opening easily by turning handle so for us not suitable for child to sleep alone in living room.

The location was excellent - we were able to walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Gare du Nord, Sacre Coeur etc. There were lots of restaurants nearby that were great for dinner. The staff during the day were extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious and the beds extremely comfy. The air con was a big bonus during the hot weather.
The night staff were a little grumpy! We were charged extra for more coffee pods.
