Great location, on a very quiet street, one minute’s walk from Metro. Room was very clean, nicely decorated and very efficient air con, which was vital in the heat wave. 10th is a great area to stay in with every thing in walking distance or easy to reach by Metro.

This hotel was beautifully appointed with lovely interior elements.
Overall I felt very uncomfortable. The owner was very rude and argued with me. I heard him arguing with other guests at other times. The night person was not friendly and barked at me. Another woman came to the desk and was unkind to the night worker. It seems the owners want to keep the hotel as a museum but are not happy to rent it out as a hotel. You are not allowed to eat in the hotel but I am have a medical condition and needed to have a little food with me to take medication. I asked for a noon checkin when I booked because I knew I would come from another hotel. But the owner at first didn’t want to honor this and got angry. In turn I got annoyed and panicked when I saw that I couldn’t have food to take my medicine with. These people are very unfriendly and care nothing about the comfort of your stay.
