Great location - easy access to a metro and is walkable to areas. Staff are exceptional. They always have a smile on their face and willinging to assist. There is tea/coffee provided and some light snacks too. Very clean and quiet room.

The position
The carpet, the room was full of dust. We booked a king or 2 queen bed, and this ended up to be 2 single beds. Being in the attic doesn't help because the ceiling was too low

Very Good location and nice staff
The hotel is not a 4 stars hotel when it comes to services and attention to details. Also the rooms are extremely small (we booked a superior room) and we could hear every single word from people staying in the room next to us.

Very friendly staff
The room was very small for 2 people staying 5 nights, and no wardrobe space. The street was very noisy throughout the night with cars beeping constantly, leaving us with little sleep.
