Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean room, good breakfast, great location with a lot of restaurants, friendly staff, Louvre and Montmartre 35 min walk, Galerie lafayette 15 min walk and very close to the metro. Coffee and pastries available all day.
The only think I didnt like is, the our Suite was in the attic and you couldn't see throught the window on the street. It's a shame, because the street was lively.

Truly exceptional hotel in nice, lively area, with a lot of cafes and restaurants, close to the metro stations. This was my fourth visit to Paris and Maxim Folies was, by far the best hotel I’ve been in. Rooms are comfortable, very clean, breakfast was great and staff very friendly and helpful. Next time I visit Paris this hotel will definitely be my choice.

Perfect Location for 5 nights in Paris, it was our first time, we were able to walk everywhere central and there’s two Metro stops close by to get around fast. Many Cafés, Restaurants and Supermarkets are in the Area. Our Room was big enough for two, has everything you need, like a SMEG kettle, L’Occitane shower product and we really liked the cute and cozy design overall.
I requested one of the few Rooms with a Balcony for my Birthday, it was beautiful and we even arrived to a few balloons! All Staff are so kind and helpful, 24hr Reception always greeting you with a smile. Breakfast is great and we enjoyed the Possibility to grab a Pastry and Coffee all day/ night in the cozy Lobby. Also it‘s clean and we felt very safe.
We‘ll for sure stay here again!!

The beds were comfortable. All the staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were quiet. The location was central enough for us to walk to everything. Most buildings g attractions 30 to 40 mins walk.
Like most Paris hotels the rooms were small. But very manageable.
