Dont book this hotel if you want to spend nice time in Paris! The stuff is extremely rude!
We booked the room for 5 days, fully paid and, unfortunately, we couldnt check in by 00:0 during the first day, in the morning we saw that our booking was cancelled. After calling few times to the hotel and explaining that we are coming soon that said in a very rude way that its cancelled and that we dont have to call to them anymore. Of course the reservation was not refundable.

Beautiful hotel and decent sized room given the central Paris location. However, breakfast dining room is incredibly small and far too intimate for my liking (I.e. you cannot have a private conversation without someone overhearing you). Although they referred to room service when calling to place an order they said that they dont really do room service at the moment. Nice hotel given our short stay of one night but wouldnt stay there longer given the lack of facilities. It was incredibly overpriced for what it was.

Bathroom was spacious and well designed with separate shower cubicle as well as a deep bath.
I booked a junior suite the advert suggested it had a separate lounge but the room was very small hardly the size a normal classic standard room with a sofa. Room service was drinks and snacks only.

So cosy and comfortable feeling, like at home, in apartment. Big room, high end design in the room, only two rooms per floor. Very nice and big shower, separate toilette.
No parking, no gym etc, its a very small hotel, but I only needed the room, which was perfect. Balcony is about 1 sq meter and noisy, but you still could have a cup of tee )

Comfortable room, great shower, very good sound proofing.
When we checked in we were not told of the breakfast options nor that there was a bar in the hotel. Theres a curtain (that was closed) behind the check in desk and only when we were checking out (and curtain was open), did we realise there was a nice little bar. Slight disappointing as we would definitely have used it. Overall I feel the price we paid was a little steep for all that we got, as nice as the room was. Better communication at check in please.
