I liked Francois the concierge and the chef and the waiters and waitresses and the food.
They gave away the room we paid for and gave us a substandard room. We booked tween beds and they gave us a miserable double bed with separate blankets. The room was just horrible and they tried to convince us that it was a big room while we were crammed up with our luggage in a stuffy room.

The protest was clean and beautiful. Wonderfully located next to many metro stations and the staff was impeccable and so welcoming and helpful.
