Breakfast was nice and there were gluten free options. Staff was lovely and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay, location is very good, walking distance to main sites.
The decoration in the rooms and hallways was a little bit too modern to me

It is BAD
It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
The furniture is worn out, the staff are unqualified and unprofessional, and the service is very poor. There is only one elevator, and it is used to transport construction materials. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is extremely unpleasant.
Ugly in every sense of the word.
In addition, the hotel’s location on the app map is incorrect; it is actually two streets away and is not adjacent to the Champs-Élysées.

Very noisy room the first night, couldn’t sleep and then in the morning loud construction. Gym was terrible and had storage right outside. Shower door broken in first room
