Great location, newly refurbished spacious room. my daughter particularly loved the fabric finished wall, fluffy and soft. She still said it's the best. staff was helpful.

Excellent location: easy to walk around the 1st arr, visit the Notre Dame, or across the river to the 6th. Easy train access to/from the Gare du Nord. Not a bad room size for a Parisienne hotel.
It seemed odd that the toiletteries werent more upscale for the sort of hotel they are trying to be. Room service also forgot to replenish our coffee capsules which was irritating when we were in a rush the following morning for our train.

A lovely small and cozy hotel. Very good breakfast! Thought our superior room would have been a bit bigger. Great service booking taxis etc.
A little chaotic check-in - many people at the same time. Spa opens at10 - could be great if it opens earlier --maybe at 8 before breakfast,
