Location was good. The room was clean.
Most of the staff were neither welcoming nor helpful, with the exception of one from Turkey who was really nice. The shower area had a poor design. In attempting to make it accessible, it ended up being less functional and inconvenient to use.

The hotel was very central in Paris. We were a very short walk from the Louvre and the Notre Dame Cathedral. There were all kinds of restaurants and shops all around us and the night life was very good! Staff were very nice and accommodating. The Concierge was fantastic!

The staff were amazing, nice and professional. Very clean room, nice treats from the hotel on the first day.
Locations is very good to walk to many major attractions like the louvre or notre dame cathedral. There many big shopping malls next to it. Very convenient location
The breakfast buffet has the same items every day. The street was very noisy until 2am almost every day.

Rooms in Paris can be small, but we opted for a suite, had 4 French doors opening to the roofline..highly recommend spending a bit more for a larger space ..
Nothing I can think of… front desk was very friendly and helpful, house keeping was top notch.. breakfast wonderful too!! Location is also great!

Good position. The room is quiet and clean. The staff at the reception is always ready and happy to help. I had a toothache during my stay there, and I needed to buy some medicine badly. But it’s Easter Monday, I tried two pharmacies nearby, and they are all closed. Then I told my problem to the receptionist, they are very kind to let me know the nearest pharmacy that is still open. Every time I enter the hotel, the receptionist would politely say bonjour or bonsoir to me.
The room is quite small though.

Great location, newly refurbished spacious room. my daughter particularly loved the fabric finished wall, fluffy and soft. She still said it's the best. staff was helpful.
