Nice and comfortable room with nice little touches, such as the little chocolates in our room upon arrival. The hotel is very well located. The spa/pool is small but well maintained and makes for a nice place to relax.

Location
The cleaning standard was very poor I found dust and pen marks, it hadn’t been cleaned as it should’ve been for a 5* hotel. The coffee machine is COVERED IN DUST - The staff didn’t help us while we were leaving the hotel with our luggage. It was not worth it for the amount charged.

The rooms were decent enough, nothing special. The lobby leaves something to be desired. The check-in area is like a roadside motel check-in area. The breakfast could be better, though extra eggs and toast were available at no additional cost. That was a pleasant surprise.
The heat did not work in our room, so they had to provide a separate heater. There were not enough foam pillows. We were told there were too many guests at the hotel so we could not all have foam pillows even though I had told the property well ahead of time that we had allergies to feather pillows. That seems ridiculous for a hotel to run out of pillows.

The breakfast staff were all very helpful and accommodating especially the manager who was there every day and couldn’t have been more friendly.
Communication about minibar prices could have been improved.
