The location was good and it was clean
The staff were like prison guards. I have rarely had such a bad experience with hotel staff (very rude and not helpful). Our simplest request was some black tea but they said we don’t know what that is (they had few flavoured tea, we did not like)
Hotel is old with some renovation but seemed like a 3 star hotel but charge you as 5 plus star.
Thanks god we didn’t have breakfast included in our booking; it did seem very limited. I would suggest buying breakfast outside (half price of the hotel) in beautiful coffee shops.
They had fire alarm activated at 5 am for no reason.
Our room lights did not work at the first night and they had to change the room. There was no apologies nor sorry. Really bad customer service. If you are not French probably consider other hotels.

What we liked most about the Hotel Maison Albar Le-Diamond was the excellent service from the staff, especially Nathieu, Phuntsok, and Isabelle. They treated us with great kindness and respect, which we really appreciated. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the room with all its features. By the way, it was amazing, and the location was excellent.
The only things they should improve are:
1) The electricity in the rooms
2) Sending clothes to the laundry is very expensive since the hotel doesn't have a washer and dryer
3) Raising the seats in the lobby and restaurant, as they are too low

Exceptional stay staff were so accomodating and made our stay so special ! Had a beautiful room very central in city right next to the metro. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to paris

We were in Paris to catch a Northern cruise from Le Havre, which requires taking a train of about 2 hours and 15 minutes from the nearby Gare Saint-Lazare station — conveniently within walking distance from the hotel.
We really liked the hotel’s excellent location, close to major shopping areas and the Opéra Garnier. The room had many thoughtful touches that made our stay pleasant and comfortable: plush towels, a cozy bathrobe, a nice hair dryer, a towel-warming bar, and complimentary Evian mineral water along with a small sweet treat for guests.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early, and it was such a nice surprise that two of our rooms were already available — they kindly let us check in right away, which we truly appreciated.
