The breakfast had a nice selection of fruit, eggs, yogurt, bread and sausage. Not over the top. Just right!
The location was good....within walking distance to popular sites and convieniently located to the Saint Lazare train station and several bus stops.
The room was more spacious than i expected, in a good way.
Many of the small spigots on the shower head were blocked causing an erratic spray of water.

Location and room
Water bottles, coffee and tea not replenished consistently. Quality of bathroom toiletries Just average. It’s not really a 5-star hotel (it lacks a lot of stuff to make it so), but a solid 3.5.

What we liked most about the Hotel Maison Albar Le-Diamond was the excellent service from the staff, especially Nathieu, Phuntsok, and Isabelle. They treated us with great kindness and respect, which we really appreciated. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the room with all its features. By the way, it was amazing, and the location was excellent.
The only things they should improve are:
1) The electricity in the rooms
2) Sending clothes to the laundry is very expensive since the hotel doesn't have a washer and dryer
3) Raising the seats in the lobby and restaurant, as they are too low

We were in Paris to catch a Northern cruise from Le Havre, which requires taking a train of about 2 hours and 15 minutes from the nearby Gare Saint-Lazare station — conveniently within walking distance from the hotel.
We really liked the hotel’s excellent location, close to major shopping areas and the Opéra Garnier. The room had many thoughtful touches that made our stay pleasant and comfortable: plush towels, a cozy bathrobe, a nice hair dryer, a towel-warming bar, and complimentary Evian mineral water along with a small sweet treat for guests.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early, and it was such a nice surprise that two of our rooms were already available — they kindly let us check in right away, which we truly appreciated.

It was my second time in the hotel in the last 6 months, this time house keeping didn’t clean the room properly, one day we saw that our toilet had been used and left like that. Bathroom floor was almost never vacuumed properly.
