Room was great size, Great location, Good amenities, Free upgrade room
Staff weren't friendly, polite but not friendly. Room Wifi was poor - couldnt do basic work (had to ask desk for help and was given password for lobby wifi). Pillows uncomfortable. Shower didnt have a basic light, only had a bluetooth system to control from phone that doesnt always work. Not worth the price you pay. Front desk tried to charge extra for breakfasts even though i had the booking confirmation infront of them confirming breakfast was included in the room rate. So was told to come back later while they contact booking.com. Eventually it was sorted but wasnt a nice farewell.

The breakfast had a nice selection of fruit, eggs, yogurt, bread and sausage. Not over the top. Just right! The location was good....within walking distance to popular sites and convieniently located to the Saint Lazare train station and several bus stops. The room was more spacious than i expected, in a good way.
Many of the small spigots on the shower head were blocked causing an erratic spray of water.

Everything was perfect from the time we arrived to every single day until we left the hotel. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and did everything to make our stay comfortable. 10/10. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to have a nice comfortable stay at the hotel. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to visit the hotel again.
We don’t have anything that we didn’t like about the hotel. 10/10.
