What we liked most about the Hotel Maison Albar Le-Diamond was the excellent service from the staff, especially Nathieu, Phuntsok, and Isabelle. They treated us with great kindness and respect, which we really appreciated. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the room with all its features. By the way, it was amazing, and the location was excellent.
The only things they should improve are:
1) The electricity in the rooms
2) Sending clothes to the laundry is very expensive since the hotel doesn't have a washer and dryer
3) Raising the seats in the lobby and restaurant, as they are too low

We were in Paris to catch a Northern cruise from Le Havre, which requires taking a train of about 2 hours and 15 minutes from the nearby Gare Saint-Lazare station — conveniently within walking distance from the hotel.
We really liked the hotel’s excellent location, close to major shopping areas and the Opéra Garnier. The room had many thoughtful touches that made our stay pleasant and comfortable: plush towels, a cozy bathrobe, a nice hair dryer, a towel-warming bar, and complimentary Evian mineral water along with a small sweet treat for guests.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early, and it was such a nice surprise that two of our rooms were already available — they kindly let us check in right away, which we truly appreciated.

It was my second time in the hotel in the last 6 months, this time house keeping didn’t clean the room properly, one day we saw that our toilet had been used and left like that. Bathroom floor was almost never vacuumed properly.

The location is superb as it is close to Metro ,trains station , shops, restaurants, department stores, supermarkets etc. The staffs are friendly and have service minded. I felt relaxed and cared for throughout my stay.

The location puts a visitor in the middle of everything. The gym needs to be modernized.
The hotel is clean but there was pigeons’ crocks on the balcony for my room. As a result I could not step out on the balcony to read and watch passersby.
Well, for the items I was supposed to pay for in my room, I wish they had a price on them and a list on which I could mention the items that I used.

We had a wonderful stay at the Maison Albar - Le Diamond hotel. We are a family of four and stayed at the hotel for three nights. The staff were very friendly, and we felt warmly welcomed from the beginning.
Before our stay, we inquired about parking availability and received a response within minutes (there is a public parking garage very close to the hotel). Upon arrival, we were seated and offered welcome drinks, which was a lovely touch. We appreciated that our room was ready even though we arrived early.
The room was clean and spacious enough for a family. The gym was quite small, but we appreciated having one available on the hotel premises.
The location was excellent—there were many restaurants and cafés nearby, and public transportation connections to various attractions were convenient.
The hotel breakfast was delicious and plentiful, though the price was a bit high.

The cleaning people were not consistent in cleaning our room. They left a giant garbage bag in our room with the garbage from other rooms. They would make the bed every other day.

Perfect location, right next to a Metro station, amazing breakfast buffet, extremely friendly staff. We slept well, with no noise from the street, as our room faced inward. We would definitely stay here again.
