Exceptionally located (the proximity to the metro and major Parisian tourist sites is a major asset!), the apartment is well-designed, spacious, and has a large sofa bed, perfect for our two children. The owner was able to meet our needs with kindness and humor.

What more can I say than the many other testimonials? The authenticity of the neighborhood is great (it's the real Paris), the authenticity of the apartment with its very old moldings, its magnificent parquet floor is great too. And Adrien is an angel, he welcomes you as if you were family. We'll come back even if we live on the other side of the world!

Warm, quiet, beautiful and comfortable place, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, large bed, large sofa bed and huge television. The building is of high standing with a lively and bourgeois environment.

Great location, very central, almost all major attractions are within walking distance. Great shopping nearby (fashion) and grocery stores within walking distance too. Very tasteful, comfortable and welcoming apartment. The owner is a sweetheart. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Exceptional apartment with lots of charm. Secure building, excellent quality bedding. Ideal location in the heart of a pedestrian area with magnificent shops and grocery stores within walking distance, and above all many tourist sites within a few minutes walk!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, large, quiet and clean. In a safe secure building. Top central location close to cafes, shops and metro. The host was exceptional and could not have been more helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan to come again!

This property is in a great neighborhood with plenty of action to soak in once you step out. The host Adrian is passionate about his role and goes to extraordinary lengths in making his guests feel at home. Our experience in Paris would not have been the same without Adrian’s advice.
