I could keep my luggage there after check out
I could not leave the window open because it is too close to the roof, so I was afraid it was accessible. The building is old, I could hear people walking on the floor above me which kept me awake.

The area was a little sleazy but also quite fun and vibrant. It was also quite central and very close to the metro. Good value for money in Paris.
The room was clean but still felt a little grimey and outdated. It was very hot in the room despite the fan.

The room was clean and comfortable. The 'welcome' was little gruff (to say the least). The man at reception seemed not to care whether i was there, or not. But I booked very late, because my train was cancelled -- so i was very grateful to have a plce to sleep.
There is no elevator (ok for me but for older travellers or people with children possibly difficult). The room was fine but the rest of the hotel didn't exactly inspire confidence. There is no illuminated sign outside the hotel and I arrived late -- so difficult to find.

Location is great, Metro station is close and plenty of restaurants and bakeries around.
Bathroom smell like sewer.

Good location, nice bathroom with a great shower. Staff are very helpful, and the baggage store was a real help to make the most of that final day.
Picky, the pillows aren't the most comfortable
