Very clean and smells fresh all the time. In a very good location - close to arc de triomphe and other beautiful sights
Staff always willing to help and to top it up . I was offered an upgrade .

Nice clean room, very nice staff and great location
Really underwhelming - room service was microwaved food that looked like cat food when it arrived and was cold
Hair dryer barely blew air
No coffee maker in room - instant only
Gym was so incredibly ghetto. Buying decent weights is not expensive, and only having a set up that allows one person and needing to book is not ideal
I found the boil your own egg experience at breakfast to be pretty annoying
