Staff at reception too slow and not trained to charge room cards , waited for 30min to know how to charge the card , at the end the manager used his card. Plus asked to finish my checkout while iam packing , they didnt and made me wait for another 10min

The whole stay went very well, as expected. Excellent staff.
The hotel was supposed to block around 150 Euros during check-in - at least that's what they told me. I have discovered unfortunately that the hotel charged for me for the stay and also blocked the same amount on my credit card (720 Euros). Almost one month after my stay, this amount remains blocked. I've tried contacting the hotel through the contact form on their website, but to no avail. This is a shame and looks like scam or the hotel should have warned me at the moment of check-in! I hope that after this review the amount will be unblocked immediately as I cannot use my credit card to the full extent. Otherwise, my stay and the hotel itself were excellent.

The hotel location is good, and the staff in the breakfast area were friendly.
The room was very small, and the furniture was too basic and old, sometimes not even properly cleaned. You can easily hear outside noise even if you close your window completely. The Wi-Fi speed was very slow (1 Mb/sec). We noticed they don't clean the room properly; one time I saw the blanket cover was dirty even after they had serviced the room, and I had to ask them to come and change it.
Even worse, on our last day staying at this hotel, I saw a big group of insects or ants in the corner of our room. Breakfast is far too basic for a 4-star hotel, and only the sweets were delicious.
I don't recommend wasting your money on this hotel. Honestly, this hotel doesn't even deserve a two-star rating. For the same money they charge, you can find a much better and cleaner hotel.

Hello. My wife and my daughter stayed in your hotel in 27.03.2024 and 29.03.2024. We paid you extra 100 euros for each day, total 200 euros as a deposit but you didnot pay it back yet contrary to what you said. We paid the hotel price and additional 200 euro deposit with our visa card. When will you pay our deposit back! It is almost 5 weeks since we left your hotel.

Fantastic hotel.
Near to Arc du Triomphe but in quiet contest without the noise and caos of champs-elises.
Lots of restaurants and brasseries in zone where you can find real french people.
The room is so beautiful, clean, new and well furnished with free water (natural and sparkling) refilled every day
Bathroom new and spacious.
Breakfast is very rich with a variety of fruit, desserts, eggs, potatoes, salades, marmelades, croissants, chocolate, juices...everything.
Staff is so professional, never invadent, very elegant for a luxury contest.

I loved that you could open the windows in both the room and the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom quite large and very light and airy - lovely.
It was all right, but my expectations was not quite met. The breakfast was not particularly good compared to all the other 4-star hotels I've stayed at. And I expect to be able to get a cup of coffee anytime of the day without having to go to the bar and pay a small fortune for it. Most hotels from 3 stars and up have a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby, fresh water etc, but here you could only get anything from the super expensive bar..

The central location, close to Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elyses, was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially those on duty for breakfast time in the restaurant!! Loved the cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a Paris stay!!
