Very comfy and large bed and pillows. Spacious rooms for Paris. Bathtub.
Rooms are a bit run down with obvious paint damage noticeable throughout the room. Bathroom from the room above us appeared to be leaking into our bathtub via our ceiling which caused dripping sounds for a few hours at night.

Perfect location in the city. Just right now a bit messy due to renovations in the surrounding buildings. That is not the hotels fault but of course it is not nice walking through a construction site
A bit of fresh paint on the walls and a missing lamp in a bedroom could have improved the otherwise great hotel

The hotel has been recently renovated, but not very well. Some finishing touches are clearly missing.

The location of this hotel is really good, in a lovely area, very close to a metro stop. Our room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked.
The property was a little rundown. There had clearly been some plumbing issues in our bathroom, and there was water damage on the ceiling and the doorframes which had been roughly and messily patched in some places and just left with exposed wood and peeling paint in others. The bathtub/shower was bizarre and consisted solely of a handheld shower. No overhead shower head, and no faucets to fill up the tub. So if you want to wash your hair, you will be doing it with a shower head held in one hand, and if you want to take a bath, you will have to hold the shower head in your hand while the bath fills up from it. There was construction happening next door, and if you plan to spend time in your room during the day, this was quite loud.

Close to places of interest. Very good location.
Cleanliness of the bed and bathroom. We found multiple hairs in the bed and moist spots on the seal around the bathtub. Provided water bottles were not sealed so we didnt use them. In general, We were not charmed by the hotel. We have seen much better 4 star hotels all over the world.

The location of the hotel was good and easy to get to many places by walking or Uber. The suite was good in terms of capacity for families.
The fire alarm went off at 6am and our room was right next to the alarm so my whole family did not sleep well. The hotel has a club underneath so lots of noise from the courtyard. Also construction was done outside our room in the hallway and outside our window so again cant sleep. The WiFi only works in the living room. Lastly, the shower had a missing door so it was hard for the to shower without getting everything wet especially for the kids.

Location was excellent and size of apartment and rooms were great for Paris. Beds were very comfy and loved the separate full bathrooms for each bedroom.
There was a cooking/food smell pulled by the AC at the bedrooms (in the early morning), this need to be fixed. Also, I really did not like the separate WC cabin outside the master bathroom, who designs a bathroom like this nowadays!! this need to be redesigned and integrated inside the master bathroom. Finally, there was NO slippers in the apartments and this must be provided similar to towels. The apartment has wooden flooring and we need to move around a lot !!

Beautiful and spacious room. Very clean and fresh. Good location. Nice staff, they allowed us to check in earlier. I think this property is good for company of friends.
The night club next door was really noisy. When we were leaving to the airport at 6am, we had to pass through the tight drunken crowd of night club visitors with a kid as the hotel and night club use the same entrance to the building, it wasn't very pleasant. I wouldn't recommend this property for the families.

Everything is fine, thank you. Sorry for the unintented dirty sheet. We are leaving for the airport, therefore, we did not help clean, very sorry about that.
