Location is perfect. Rooms are small but quirky. Very clean also.
Breakfast looked a bit poor for the price. We didnt choose it in the end and ate locally. There are lots of options on the same street.

Disappointing
The bed was comfortable and the location was good - just a few blocks from the Invalides Metro stop.
The wifi was very poor. For the price of the room there should be a Password protected internet (this was not) and have full bars of service. I had to rejoin the site constantly . While breakfast was passable, in comparisons to all the other breakfasts we had in our 2 week trip, this was the most meager.

Disappointing
+Shower pressure was good but it was the smallest shower weve ever seen (including cruise cabins) + Location was good. Be aware that the sidewalks in front of hotel and up and down street are all torn up due to infrastructure repairs. Many detours, temporary walkways in the area that may cause issues for those with any mobility issues. Paris is getting ready for the Olympics and a lot of work is going on. +Wi-Fi worked well
-Ridiculously small room & bathroom (were frequent European travelers so we can gauge). -Not accessible! Have to get up and down a flight of stone stairs to enter/exit hotel with your luggage -unassisted. -No refrigerator in room. Despite what looked like one, staff told us its not meant to chill items. (We assumed it was broken as the items inside were room temperature). -Disinterested, unfriendly staff unable to provide help or local suggestions to guests. Youre on your own here. -Dirty, unkempt entry, garden courtyard and walkway. Had to walk over the same dog poop in entryway for 3 days. Must then pass recycling and garbage cans to get up the front stairs. Not welcoming. -English not spoken by some staff which made breakfast a challenge as youre left to figure out what the many labels and jarred things were and appliances (egg cooker, juicer, coffee machine) had no directions at all.

Cute hotel! We had the apartment, which was nice but be prepared to walk up and down 65 stairs each way.
We got in shape just with that!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute Parisian, boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Loved seeing the Eiffel Tower from out hotels front gate everyday. Breakfast was great and fresh everyday.
N/A, but Paris is hosting 2024 Summer Olympics so there was construction on the street and sidewalks in front of hotel.

It was quiet, yet surrounded by lovely cafes, restaurants and close to the Eiffel Tower. The bed was very comfortable & the bathroom was clean and nice. Staff was very helpful and kind.

The property is in a good location but is a little dated!
Our shower had a huge amount of mold and I am severely allergic so the staff was nice enough to issue a refund for the coming nights and we rebooked someplace else. To their defense many people would not be bothered by this and they couldnt have been nicer about it.

The location - near many sites and near metro
The double room bed is literally two twin beds pushed together. The two beds would separate if you rolled into the middle. They should better secure the two beds together to be like one bed

I am nitpicking here....but the bed was too soft...and the room was a bit small.

Location was awesome. Walk out the front gate, turn right and BOOM....Eiffel Tower in all her splendor. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the breakfast was really nice and tasty!
Room size was incredibly small. I understand smaller rooms can be the norm in Paris/Europe, but the room we had was too small to move around in, particularly travelling with 2 large suitcases and smaller bags as well. Additionally, the air conditioner wasn't working and wouldn't allow me to change the setting (room was about 24 degrees C). Had our stay been longer than 1 night I would have brought to the attention of the great staff.
