Good location. Nice evening meal in the Restaurant. Room was fine and quite comfortable.
Poor service. Breakfast service was terrible. Food was wrong and then over cooked. Hotel was advertised as a Spa but it was closed for maintenance when we were there and there was a bad smell in the stairwell. The hotel looked tired and had last been decorated in the early 1980s. Very expensive for what they offered - overall disappointing.

The hotel is beautiful and stylish, and very well located. Wonderful room service, breakfast in room especially. Incredibly helpful staff who accomodated all our requests with flying colors. Clean, comfortable room. Water is brought in the morning and in the evening. Absolutely recommend the romantic package, they have selected beautiful roses for my wife's birthday.
-Basically nothing. The only thing I did not like was the coffee, I think an espresso machine would make this hotel truly perfect
