The Wifi was deficient. On several instances, in my room and even in the lobby, I was unable to reach wifi, and it often was very slow. I had an important business video call, and because the wifi was so weak, I was unable to maintain my camera and audio on -- I had to call in using my cell phone [not on wifi] to participate, and tried to watch others through my video connection on my laptop - but the wifi froze several times. Because i was leading the call, the wifi failure was a significant failure and personally embarrassing.

Breakfast saloon is like a highschool cantin. Very difficult to find a free table to seat in the morning. Decoration is demotivating grey in the morning. I totally disliked. If you want to stay at a relaxing nice hotel I strongly dont advice this hotel.
Reception is very slow not easy to check-in and check-out. I needed to change the given first room because of bad smell of the room, I requested to change than second room given to me was not fit to my order they gave me a single. bad altough I ordered double bad. So I requested to change the room again than 3rd room given to me has had a toilett separated from bathroom and no toilett paper bin in it. The meeting room facilities did not satisfy my expectations too. Ground floor bar area is like remains form 70s not look nice. Although I paid and checked-out full of my stay and expenses, 100euro warranty provision whch they took my credt card still not released back to me as of today. I wrote them a reminder lets see what will happen.

The coffee and breakfast are very good.
The air conditioning doesnt cool the room. The bed, Although king sized, sagged in the middle and creaked with every movement.

The facilities, such as tea/coffee, maps or plan of city, metro, there was nothing and to get something simple,as more than ONE black teabag per day was hopeless. I paid for a double room but travel alone. Also there was disposable tea cups and only two per day, in effective I had to rinse one out each time I used it!

Location
Having no Shower or Hair Shampoo, for Two Days, as I stayed on 2 additional Days! The Room attendant never checked, until I complained directly to Her! Told Her She would not be receiving any Tip & why She refilled, but in putting back in place didnt connect, & when I was in Bath tub Shower, it fell on My R. Foot, Bruised & Swollen, made it difficult & painful to attend planned expensive nights event- @ Moulon Rouge! Was not a Happy Camper, fellow Tour Guests had to assist Me in Walking!
