Quiet room.
Clean.
Breakfast room/area. It was too cramped. Not spacious enough.
No bar for an evening drink.
Also, one morning we (the hotel) had no hot water. No offer of any compensation, of any kind!

Breakfasts were amazing: delicious food, a great array of choices, beautifully presented. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was terrific: it was a 30 minute walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go (Notre Dame, museums, etc) and located right by the charming Bassin Arsenal, the Place de la Bastille, and the Paris Opera. The room, like all Parisian hotel rooms, was small. But it was well-designed for efficiency and we were able to store our biggest bag off the lobby. The attentive staff made up our room every day, so it was welcoming to return to. The hotel is also very reasonably priced for Paris: a definite high value accommodation!
My only request is that they put more outlets in the room, specifically, they should convert the old analog phone outlet above the desk to an electrical outlet. It's a useless outlet and these days people have several electronic devices to plug in!

The Reception team were very friendly & helpful. Excellent language skills.
The room was a great size (502), with tea/coffee facilities & air conditioning.
Location out of the busy centre but close to Bastille metro was perfect, close to some good bistros for evening meals that were reasonably priced.
