We stayed at the Le Grey for 10 days so it felt like home for us. The staff, from the front desk staff, managers, breakfast attendant and cleaning crew were very friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was extensive and Ellen sp?) who was in charge of breakfast was lovely. The rooms were cleaned daily, bed was uber comfy and the bath towels large and fluffy. Even better, the location was just what we liked. It isn't based in the loud, crazy hub of tourist Paris, but in an area where people live. The mornings are filled with people riding bikes to the metro and stopping at cafes to get coffee and pastries and parents walking children to school. The major tourist attractions are a metro ride away, and there are 2 stations close by; Leige and Clichy. The area is bustling but not "touristy", which also makes the hotel very quiet. My husband even found a reasonably-priced barber to get a hair cut. It's also walking distance to Montmartre. We enjoyed our stay at Le Grey and highly recommend it.

Friendly staff and in a good location accessible through various public transport. Good idea to provide complimentary soft drinks in the room.
The facilities were not up to standard..the toilet was a bit smelling despite them cleaning, leaking bathroom sink that had to be put a towel to absorb the water. The furniture was also old and worn out

Laundry was listed as a facility but it was off site and almost $200 per person and you wont be told before hand how much it costs to do laundry.

We had an excellent stay here. Our room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. It seemed as if our room had been recently renovated as both bedroom and bathroom were very modern. Our bathroom was also large. Windows opened completely in our bedroom which was a great feature to bring in fresh air. Breakfast was very good. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in an excellent location. The only slight downside was the temperature in our room - it was quite hot at night. The a/c didnt seem to work (perhaps the hotel hadnt switched it on yet), however the hotel did supply a fan to our room when asked.

The staff were exceptional, I had a manager walk me to a post office to post paintings home to NZ when I had an unfortunate response from a postal worker when I could not speak the language.
When I first arrived a staff member invited me to freshen up and made me a cup of tea while I was waiting for my room to be available.
The staff were pleasant and chatty at all times and interested in my holiday.
My room was quiet and relaxing with lovely modern decor.

Wonderful
Very quiet room in the middle of the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They have free coffee and snacks available throughout the day.
It was a bit hot in the room.
