Location. Very nice neighborhood although not central. Staff was kind although they couldn’t solve the issue with all the noise. There’s a lobby where we could sit, very convenient considering the very small rooms.
In the pictures it looks like a very nice hotel, and it is just fine, really small, also old and smelly. We were expecting something different. It’s not that bad, just not what the pictures show. Very very noisy. There was work being done in the rooms next to ours, so every day before sunrise there were machines and hammers waking us up. There was no warning or amendment for this.

We arrived very late due to a delayed flight. The host was helpful and accommodating. There is a small elevator to take luggage up to the room. We did not have breakfast there.
The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. The toilet was almost under the basin.

Old and worn, there is a discrepancy between the photos on booking and the actual room. Room is tiny. Feels like we overpaid.

The service, location, and cleanliness were outstanding. We would definitely stay here again. We were so close to the major sights. A very nice market was across the street and the metro around the corner. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!!

Decent sized room for the price, very pretty and very clean. Nice bathroom.
No English news channels on TV. Normal plug adaptors didn't work in outlets for charging phone, etc. Breakfast was just ok for €12.

Cozy little hotel with lovely views. Yes, the elevator is tiny (1 person, 2 suitcases), but this hotel is small enough that it still has an intimate feel and personalized service. The staircase is charming and the lobby everything you picture for Paris. The room have large windows and real flower boxes. Everything you need or want is right on the doorstep. I would stay again.

Outstanding Front Desk staff, so helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better location to restaurant and the metro. Would highly recommend. The room was your typical smaller size for Paris had everything you could need and the bed was comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Only good thing is the location
I spent 2 weeks in Europe and stayed at 6 different hotels and one hostel.. this place was the absolute worst out of all of them while somehow being the most expensive??? I checked in very late, reception checked me in and told me breakfast was in adjacent room so I figured it was included (remember this). Hr also gave me no instructions on wifi or anything, had to figure it out myself. Anyways, I go to my room, my lights don't work, there is no outlet beside the bed so can't charge my phone easily over night so had to do it while k showered and just charge my portable battery overnight and use that for my phone later. No outlet either in the bathroom so can't do my hair in there. No lotion or anything just a gross hair and body gel in the shower.. again for an expensive place I would expect at least one lotion and separate hair stuff. There was just a tiny little bar of soap for hand washing. Worse was that I noticed that there is also no mini fridge nor a kettle!!! But okay I will have breakfast the next day. The breakfast was HORRIBLE. Worst I've ever seen. A bunch of tiny pastries, chunky yogurt, two meats and the only eggs are ones you need to hard/soft boil yourself, no one to help you. My first egg came out terrible and you're supposed to put thrm in an ice bath normally after but no option for that either. I was asked if I wanted a coffee but after that you're alone, didn't check in once to see if I needed a refill (which k did) and there was no machine to do it yourself. Pastries also didn't get refreshed. Usually I'm able to make a separate sandwich from a hotel breakfast but it was impossible with the bread provided. Meats were two deli meats no fresh sausage or bacon. Again, this is the ONLY place I've been where there was no clear free coffee available, either in the room or somewhere in the hotel. It is also not accessible, you have to take a few stairs to get to the elevator.
