The service was very good. Breakfast selection and service were very good. Location was very convenient for walking and the metro. The room was reasonably comfortable and clean.
Located on a busy avenue, the street-side rooms can be noisy.

Very king staff, full of smiles. Clean rooms, exceptional location, good breakfast, and free snacks.
Around 50€ added cost for staying in Paris tax for 3 nights! Not to blame the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent! So delicious, fresh, and staff attentive. Loved the bed, the room size, the balcony. The 2pm open snacks and beverages was a nice bonus.
The tub is very deep to get in and out of. Better shampoo and conditioner. The in-room coffee was really bad. Also for the price there should be at least 2 pods per person. But it was awful we did not drink it the 2nd day. The fridge provided did not work told front desk and said it is set on low. Complimentary water that is warm on a hot day was awful.

The location, comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff were all amazing. There were also complimentary items available both in the lobby and in the room, which was a nice touch.

Staff were great, the extras were also very nice (snacks in the afternoon/evening, on arrival, reliable wi-fi, free drinks in the fridge).
Location was convenient, but the neighborhood could get loud.
Rooms were a good size, quiet from street noise, and comfy, but the shower was just ok and it would have been good to have somewhere to hang wet towels.

The location, the lounge and breakfast area of the hotel, and our twin room with a balcony was great. Everywhere was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast and the complimentary snacks available throughout the day were absolutely top-notch — a real plus. The location is super convenient, with an underground station in front of the hotel, make super easy to explore Paris. A special mention goes to the staff, especially the ladies at the front desk — they were extremely kind, helpful, and always welcoming. Highly recommended!
