Close to metro stations. The staff was very helpful. Rooms were super clean. Afternoon tea/snacks were a plus. Area felt safe. Close to Monoprix. Many restaurants nearby.
No air conditioning in the lobby. Couldn’t hang out in the lobby …too hot. I did not have my coffee cups replaced in the room each day. We tried to conserve out towels but housekeeping kept replacing them every day.

Rooms were super cute. Breakfast was awesome. Helpful, friendly staff. Would stay again. Loved the bathrobes and slippers, as well as the complimentary fridge drinks.
Bathtub was slippery and shower door wasn’t stationary. But definitely not a deal-breaker!

Location was perfect with great Metro access and close to many restaurants
Room was cleaned every day and staff were friendly and helpful

The property was in an Excellent location. Also the staff went above and beyond. They took my bags to my room when it was ready (I left them while I explored the city), and when I had to leave at 5 am for my flight, the guy working the desk was super kind and nice including giving me water. There were amenities I didn't really use but the snack bar was really nice!
