Location , spacious rooms, great breakfast
Climatisation turned off in the winter apparently. Therefore uncomfortably warm for a bedroom (20 degrees celsuis or more). Also 1 morning there was no hot water in the shower.

It is a really nice and well kept hotel. The staff pays attention to detail. Bed was very comfortable, movie theme decor was well selected, breakfast had a good selection. I had a room to the street (which I had asked for) on the top floor, when weather permits - as it did on my stay - your are blessed with a beautiful sunrise over a small park. Street is busy, but windows block the noise well. Internet was excellent
Maybe at some point invest in a new tv set up, but that's really a marginal issue.

My room was a bit dirty with hair in the bed and sink, breakfast isn’t very comfortable - you have to ask for a cup of coffee each time, fruit variety not great, tables very close to each other removing privacy and doesn’t have option to order (e.g. omelettes etc).
