A 10-minute walk from North Station. The hotel staff checked us in around midday. Another nice touch was the free drinks and biscuits in the reception area.
Our safebox was locked, and we could fix it the next day only.

Great location! Staff is super nice and helpful! Dost-a server for breakfast- always had a smile and kind word! Mourad at front desk was especially helpful with logistical recommendations. Breakfast is amazing -definitely get the breakfast with your room rate.

The location of the hotel is great but what made my stay most enjoyable was the ease of doing anything. The check in, check out, leaving my suitcase to explore the city and coming back to pick it up later. The hotel is very nicely decorated and clean with delicious breakfast served every morning. I happened to be there on the International Women's Day and received a beautiful stem of rose at the reception, which was a special touch. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have a pleasurable stay in Paris.
I cannot fault anything really.

The breakfast was very good, the staff was extremely polite, and the snacks were varied and available throughout the day.
The room cleanliness was below expectations. The balcony was cleaned only once during our stay, and on the other days our pajamas were left on the floor while making the bed. The trash was not taken. This level of housekeeping is not acceptable for a hotel of this standard.

Excellent property, very clean. The biggest room sizes we have seen in Paris.
The only downside was that with the windows open there was some noise from the street.
