Very well located, the room was really charming , very well decorated and super clean & comfortable. Minibar amenities were free of charge and replaced every day.

The location is perfect, 15-20 minutes walk to almost every destination, and 2-7 minutes walk to metro or bus station. Free mini bar and snacks was a great highlight of the stay.
One of the female receptionist couldn't handle basic organizational questions and was always greeting us with passive aggression and disgust

a lovely large room with everything you need, fridge with soft drinks and water free of charge. comfortable beds and a view to outside. breakfast was good and also that extra touch of putting on refreshments and snacks free of charge in the afternoon.

First its written in booking that its offering parking while there is no parking available and you have to park your car around 0.7 km from the hotel and you need to go from parking by stairs while holding your bags for 2-3 levels

It was a nice gesture of the hotel to wait for us in the room with a tray of macarons and other sweet treats. A nice gesture. Every day from 14:00, the hotel offers a free mini snack bar. And in the room, the minibar is replenished daily with water, juice and coffee.
Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing a small renovation or re-modernization, but this is a good thing for those who will come. Unfortunately, the tiles in the bathroom are broken and cracked and moving, but they will definitely be replaced or fixed .

The staff were very helpful, attitude was all around positive. Cafeteria service, staff was extraordinary. Room was spacious and all my requests were taken into consideration. Location is great, you are a few steps away from Champs Elysees.
Almost nothing. If one thing, could be the size of the pillows. Could be larger.
