Great location, hotel style and decor amazing, huge comfy bed.
Facility to store bags on departure day Very helpful.
Lack of hotel facilities/ area information in room .
Continental style breakfast available in-room only, and at €18pp quite expensive.
Coffee capsules & bottled water only renewed by asking at reception, not by room staff.

Upbeat location with easy access to tourist areas and nightlife. Staff were exceptionally welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a room (rather than a suite) which was spacious enough for our short stay and relatively well equipped with a safe and fridge ect. Wonderfully decorated throughout.

Nice, pleasant staff and good location. Could screen mirror on my phone.
No hot water in the morning. Door knob fell off when I opened the door. Walls are very thin.

There are no shower facilities or aircon I asked at reception but the guy said all the rooms were the same he laughed. It’s in the Pigalle red light district with sex shops and lap dancing bars and prostitution drunk people scream outside until 4.00am. You need to bring a bucket with you if you want to have a wash.
