Very nice hotel with modern furniture and very friendly staff. Islandar from the reception was very helpful. The location is right in the middle between the Oper area and Arc de Triomphe 15-20 mins walk each way. Definitely returning to this hotel

Our stay at Villa Hausmann was amazing until start to finish! Thank you to the whole team.
We had a room with a balcony, which felt very Parisian and we really enjoyed! Room was clean, fresh and really comfortable beds and pillows.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, including our room being ready early upon arrival. My partner ordered a parcel from France to the hotel ahead of our stay and they were very helpful and graceful in keeping hold of it and even delivering it in our room with our luggage. The team were also very accommodating to any requests throughout the visit.
We also made use of the pool/wellness facilities which we were lucky enough to have to ourselves multiple times - the facilities were quiet, luxurious and relaxing - with a pool and Hamman! Great to wind down after a day or walking around the city.
Thank you team!! We hope to visit again :D

The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was great! The rooms and spa were amazing. Comfy beds, clean rooms and sound proof (great for our young infant).
Only minor issue was that we requested a cot and it had not been arranged upon arrival. It was rectified very quickly.

Nice bed, silent, nice room, nice amenities.
Patrice from the front office was amazing! He is a very nice person and did his best to overcome some hurdles. He is the one that resolves any situation and is truly if the situation has no solution.
Room service 24/24 in fact it is only daytime. At 9pm we ordered a soup or a tapa meal d ham and cheese and it was not available.
Hotel was facing problems on the air conditioning system and there was no technician over the weekend. It was a hurdle.
