Very helpful and friendly staff, the location of the property was excellent. The room was comfortable small for what we are used to, but for Paris, it was great. The bed was comfortable. Overall, very good experience. Bonus, we were able to checkin very early, as they had one room available for us.
To repeat from my previous not, for Paris standard, the room was great, but for us, it was very tiny. For example, we wanted to pick up some food and eat in the room, there was no place in the room to sit down and eat something. It was for purely sleep.
Oh, one more "small" thing, the tubs were very high for some reason, so you had to basically climb to get into, and we are on the shorter side ourselves, so that made it even harder.

Sadly the coffee machine wasn’t working and was leaking so I called the cleaning lady who wiped it but the machine wasn’t replaced so I had no coffee.
And one day I left the sign ‘please clean’ on the door when back the doom was not cleaned and the sign read do not disturbed. Those 2 things changed my perception of the stay but overall a very nice stay

The room was comfortable and cozy, with the added convenience of a separate toilet and bathroom. The location on Boulevard Haussmann is fantastic, with metro stations close by. The staff were very professional and helpful throughout our stay. A nice bonus was the small swimming pool in the basement, perfect for refreshing after a long day of walking.
Breakfast could be improved with a wider selection. It would also be helpful if staff guided guests to their tables and explained the available options. We only discovered later that omelettes could be ordered, so we ended up having scrambled eggs every morning since nothing else was visible on the buffet. The carpet in the room didn’t feel the cleanest—likely due to the style rather than housekeeping—but otherwise, the cleaning service was good enough.
