Wonderful
Location was great, in a small 'passage' and within easy bus or metro ride into the city. There were local shops (including an organic grocery ), and bar/restaurants. Lovely breakfasts. Friendly & very helpful host.

Super cute house, love the decor and the smell of the flowers outside especially. Delicious breakfast each morning, Franoise is so kind. Located in a great real area, not as touristy and still easy to access trains. Was an absolute pleasure and Id love to stay again!

The owners (a lovely French couple) really went above and beyond to make their property super comfortable, easy to navigate, full of facilities and a true home away from home!! There is an entire custom built kitchen hiding strategically in a small cupboard! It is incredible innovative! The breakfast is out of this world and you will not finish everything for certain! The location is perfect for Chinatown by foot, many restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. As well is very connected by metro to the center of Paris quickly. It is on the more southern side of Paris so very convenient to ORLY airport by Uber (20-40 euro and 20 to 40 minutes depending on Paris traffic). I invited the owners to come stay at my home if they wanted because they were so kind!!
This is not a complaint but... I am slightly allergic to feather pillows and very allergic to cats. The bed and breakfast had both. In hindsight I probably could have asked for a cotton pillow but I didn't think of it at the time. The cat was a little challenging for me. I also could have asked to have the cat put in a different area as well but I didn't ask... So that is my fault as well.

A bit off the beaten path in terms of major Paris attractions but an easy walk to a Metro stop that will take you anywhere.

Exceptional place. After a day of walking and various strong impressions it was wonderful to have a rest in such a cosy and quiet house. The owner is a lovely, supporting, calm person. The room and the kitchen table is full of old fashon objects that really make you feel relaxed. The house is located in an Asiatic quartier, near to good Asian food in sample coffees. I felt safe even walking late at night.

Close to the metro stations Olympiades (Line 14 of the Paris Mtro) and Porte d'Ivry (Line 7 of the Paris Mtro). ozy, clean house and friendly hostess Mademoiselle Franoise Desfour. Definitely recommend.
In general, everything was fine. Only breakfast could be more filling... That's why 8 of 10.

Lovely place, lovely owner, wonderful breakfast, great quiet location far from the center but close to public transportation.
The bathroom was great but shared, so it felt less privet.

The lady managing the place was very nice. Room was large, breakfast was very good. Cooking facilities were very good.
Bathroom was a distance away and down stairs. For some people the location may be far from the city center but it was not a problem for us because we are familiar with the Metro and the neighborhood.

We had a lovely stay, the room was quiet with a very comfortable bed, good breakfast each morning. Very friendly welcome - we arrived quite late which was fine, the area is nice with some cheap local eateries and access to 2 metro lines :-)

Very friendly and helpful host. Old, but renewed house with beautiful antique furniture in the bedroom, comfortable bed. The heating was absolutely O.K. Little, but well equipped, modern, private bathroom with shower. Fine and varied french breakfast offered freely between 8 and 10 AM. Two metro lines accessible in a few minutes' walk, calm and secure environment.
A few noises, not very disturbing, supposedly due to the construction of the house.
