Room was disappointing. Dark . Toilet was not in the bathroom. No air conditioning. A loud portable air conditioner had to be brought in with a large hose to the open outside window. Not a 4 star accommodation. Some of the staff , especially in the restaurant did not communicate well with English speaking guests.

The location and the staff, especially Ms. Sam, Abdulrahim, and Abdulrahim’s colleague (whose name I couldn’t catch), were wonderful. I’ll never forget the warm welcome from the staff member who always smiled at us at the entrance. Thank you all for everything!

Great location, we stayed in a renovated room which was very nice. The Nespresso machine in the room was much appreciated. Good proprietary parking underneath the hotel fitting larger cars. Friendly staff.
