Excellent gem in great Marais location. Room was well-decorated (furnishings are recent) and well-maintained. Staff was lovely, very welcoming and always available. Our cozy room was small but we knew that when we booked, and it was still comfortable for 2 people.

This was a last minute emergency booking in the middle of the night when our apartment booking fell apart. The staff was incredible, the room was beautiful and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Friendly staff who were service oriented - they would help you with anything and everything. Bathrooms excellent and great towels and tub. Air conditioning worked very well and made the room very comfortable. Good location and lots of great cafes and food stores right around the corner.
No safety bars in our very tall tub which made it difficult to get out of. I saw that many of the hotel guests were over 60 so safety bars would be most helpful in all tubs.
Closet in the room got very warm and it almost melted chocolate foods. Small rooms but that’s Europe style - just hard to manage luggage.

Superlative in every way. Attentive and proactive staff, beautiful spaces, excellent attention to detail. Unhappy circumstances meant I had to spend a lot of time in my room, and I could not have chosen a more comfortable and lovely space to do so. Decadent and lovely in-room breakfast as well.

Both amazing. Loved the old style but clean and beautiful. The staff was very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcomed.

I thought the staff was super friendly, very honest and Kevin was very nice.
Unfortunately not all was great. Room 50 where we were first located was cold and as we understand there was a mistake and the entire floor heating is how they warm the rooms even when there is a thermostat in the room. The staff tried to correct this issue for us but I would not recommend this room. We were moved to room 10 which was very nice.

Rooms are tiny. So tiny you can’t even open a suitcase. The rooms and hallways are very dark. No natural light at all.

We could not have been more pleased with our booking. I appreciate the rooms are smaller but this was in the Marais, amidst all that the area has to offer. Friendly staff and a feel of home away from home, the hotel just felt right. We would return.

The perfect combination of intimacy, friendliness and charm, this boutique hotel ticks all the boxes. The location is excellent, the staff are exceptionally helpful, the interior design is inspiring, the flowers are real and the breakfasts are amazing. The Picasso Museum is close by and lots of major attractions are near enough to comfortably reach on foot. It's not cheap but you really do get what you pay for.

Compared to rest of our trip , staff member could not answer any of our questions or give any advice on our plans . Did not seem to know Paris at all to give any advice and had difficulty even reading map of city

The staff and service were amazing! The style of the hotel was 100% meeting our expectations. Will be our go to hotel next time in Paris.

Limited options due to relatively small size of the hotel but considering this can be rated as boutique hotel then can't complain about lack of swimming pool or golf course)
