Train station location, Gare Du Nord the train station is just across the road , great as we arrived very late from Nice and were leaving very early on the Eurostar. The room was clean , comfortable, water tea coffee all in there .
Seamed very dark and gave it a strange feel , the stair well was all painted black . Would have a better feel if it was painted a bright light colour , but the reception did tell us they were renovating , so lets hope this changes !

The hotel entrance lobby is dirty and the hotel lift is in Very bad condition, entering the lift is Very narrow, the lift area is Very narrow even not enough for two persons with luggage

Excellent breakfast served at restaurant downstairs. Location excellent for traveling with Euro Star. Hotel is a "building site" due to renovations. Very well insulated against street noise.

They were in the middle of renovations so understandably thinks were not quite right but this really didnt make our stay problematic

The hotel is in front to Gare du Nord, so the position is definitively a plus. The mattress was comfortable
Let us start saying that the hotel is under refurbishment, so some discomfort is justified. There is no breakfast service. In the room there is no chair for working at the desk, which is unconfortable for a business man. The wardrobe has a hanging bar but no hangers, so hanging clothes was impossible. The hotel is definitively too expensive compared to the given service.
