Kind staff, helpful with baggages after checking out.
Quite clean.
When checking in we did asked to pay again the amount of our accommodation while we had paid it off in advance from Booking.com.
They insisted that they don't accept anymore payments from booking . Finally they accepted it.
Same problem we met in Dali's exhibition. They didn't accepted our prepaid tickets from Booking.com , so we paid it again.
Not at all satisfied with Booking.com services as for payment in Paris.

Wonderful staff, clean hotel and very good value. Location is great for the train stations used for the Eurostar and regional trains.
When I needed to return due to a cancelled flight, the staff were very helpful and even left some chocolates for me.
Theres a coffee machine in the lobby available 24/7
Didnt love the area around the hotel at night but it was fine during the day.

The staff at the hotel was really friendly and helpful, and they were always available to help you with anything.
The breakfast was unappetizing, and one of the women working in the breakfast area seemed more like an officer. Nevertheless, in my opinion it's better to have fewer selections for breakfast of higher quality products.
We noticed water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom's centre, close to the washbasin from a lamp and we immediately addressed the problem. They dispatched someone to inspect the room and fix it - the issue was never resolved. We didn't argue further since quite frankly if they had to fix the issue they had to break the whole ceiling and do a complete renovation of the pipes and electricity. We made it through the few days while utilising towels on the floor.
Despite Paris having a large number of homeless people living on the streets, this specific street had many of them. As a solo female traveller, I would not suggest it.

Wonderful staff; extremely helpful; very good breakfast & lovely extras in reception such as sparkling water on tap, tea, coffee, popcorn. Nice lobby. Comfy bed. Very close to Gare du Nord & Gard de l'Est; safe available in lobby. All in all a fine 3* hotel.
Top floor room a bit pokey due to sloping roof.

It was an affordable price for the time there.
There was only one plug socket in the entire room, and it wasnt by the bed. There was two lamps that didnt work in the room. A floor lamp that was unplugged due to only having one socket in the room. The location was fine, however not too far down the road was an area that was an area that was fairly questionable. I dont think it was clear enough on the website that refurbishments were going on, as when we arrived there were bin bags and decorating tape all over the flooring, the stairs and the lift. It was fine, however i wouldnt be in a rush to stay again.
