Wonderful
It’s conveniently located near East Station, where several metro lines intersect, and there are supermarkets and take‑out options for inexpensive meals. I especially recommend the Marché Couvert Saint‑Quentin, which is less than a one‑minute walk away.

Close to restaurants and convenience store. Close enough to the metro.
In a somewhat suspect neighborhood ,
Bath/shower in room 127 flooded my room .
They were unable to change my room because they were book and was originally told that all management was off and could not guarantee to be repaired . They eventually sent some one to fix the shower . A/c did not work . No outlets in bathroom or near a mirror.

The staff were extremely hospitable and helpful, and the hotel’s location is excellent—right next to two train stations and the metro.
they didn't clean the rooms. we have the same towels and sheets for 6 days in a row

The location was great. Close to 2 big train stations and loads of shops, cafes, metros and so on.
The room cleaning was not the greatest. Our room was more or less not cleaned between days, and the biggest problem were the towels. One day all the dirty towels were collected and no new ones were provided. The next day towels were not replaced at all, with one towel which was on the floor was just picked up and left again on the bed for use.

Personnel is very friendly, kind and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel is located very close to gare du nord from which you can get to anywhere in paris in no time.
A little more attention can be paid to the cleaning. We found old oreo wrappers under the bed and a sock in the drawer. Furthermore, The cleaners were supposed to come during the day to clean, they only came closer to the evening to change the towels.

The staff was really nice and friendly.
The drainage system in the shower and sink was very bad; after we washing hands or after showerin the water would fill and took such a long time to drain.
