Very disappointing experience for a supposedly five-star hotel. The room was extremely small and the bed was far too narrow and uncomfortable for two people, certainly not what you would expect from a hotel of this category.
The most serious issue, however, concerned our booking. We had accidentally booked two rooms instead of one and contacted Booking.com about the cancellation. Their customer service confirmed to us in writing by email that, in this situation, only one night should be charged. Despite this, the hotel insisted on charging us for both nights.
We found their attitude completely unreasonable and very disappointing, especially for a five-star hotel. I would not recommend staying here

The hotel fulfilled the majority of my expectations. The room was stunning and very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was better than expected. The best part was the location, it was perfect for this trip.
The gym facilities were far less than I had expected, and the some of the inform facilities did not work i.e. coffee machine.

Unfortunately, our stay started with a very uncomfortable incident. Just a few minutes after checking in, while I was organizing my luggage, a housekeeping staff member opened our door and walked into the room without knocking or asking for permission.
She stood there looking at us and our belongings in a way that made us feel extremely uncomfortable and suspicious. When I asked why she had entered without permission, she responded in French, which we could not understand.
This incident seriously affected our sense of privacy and security throughout the stay. We felt so uncomfortable that we decided to move our valuable belongings out of the hotel and keep them with friends staying at another hotel.
That said, I want to be fair and highlight how professionally the hotel management handled the situation. The Reception Manager was exceptional—very understanding, respectful, and professional—and the entire reception team was helpful and supportive.
I truly appreciate the management’s response, but an incident involving a guest’s privacy and room security should never happen in the first place.

Just gorgeous - central for shopping the bed and pillows was sooooo comfortable we could have stayed in bed all day !!! The staff were lovely friendly and welcoming - I couldn’t fault our stay at all

Beautiful luxurious hotel, spacious and elegant rooms. Great location especially for shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Will definitely return to this lovely hotel.
