Many thanks to Giorgos from the reception desk for the professional and prompt assistance during check in. Hotel remains on the high level of service and staff constantly. Location and amenities quite well and reasonable in terms of value of money in such a city as Paris. Restaurant is highly recommended !

Front desk, especially Mr. Vadim. Great attitude, kindness.
Room service staff.
Room size.
Hotel position.
Bathroom.
Toilet should have sink but under current configuration is not possible.
There should be more light, especially in wardrobe closets.
Windows sound insulation not so good.
There should be choice of muuuch firmer pillows.
Pizza from room service is total disgrace.

I liked literally everything. The room was really clean and the breakfast was delicious. The team also was smażony especially sir Nicolas. He was do kind when we checked in and told us than if we will want anything he is here for us. The best worker that we could get help from. Everything was without any problems. Amazing hotel. 10/10
