Exceptional staff from reception and concierge to the cleaners and door men. We really appreciated the welcome and kindness and exceptional service. The 2 am welcome after hard travel, concierge help with airline, getting us tickets and restaurant recommendations and reservations and the amazing breakfast buffet and Sunday brunch! Staff were just fantastic,

Everything was so perfect! The room was clean, and we really enjoyed the impressive decorations and elegant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff was extraordinary, ready to help everywhere anytime. Also, the view on the Opera Garnier was breathtaking!! Expensive stay, but worth every euro spent.

Concierge Chloe was outstanding!
Cafe de la Paix was fantastic.
Bell staff were very helpful
Bed was very comfortable
Small toilets tough for large people.
Room wasn’t ready when we arrived
Front desk did offer a nice remedy though so they owned it and corrected it.

Disappointing
The room was too small , compared with the price we paid for 4 nights 4000 € !! I had a queen bed and we were two me and my husband! To much small for two
And i ask the reception if I could change my room or make any upgrades they revues since they tell the hotel is full! Also the toilet was sprit from the hand wash! On the other side of room!

The bathroom does not include the toilet and toilet is outside which is not convenient. No swimming pool for the kids to relax after a long day

room was nice, comfortable. location very good, just in front of Opera. Breakfast was good, different options, well prepared, tasty.
Bed was narrow. Initially we paid for king size bed, but it appeared that bed was only 157cm in width. We paid to upgrade the room with king size bed. There was a cue for breakfast in the morning. Food was good and tasty, but nothing special.
