Location of the hotel was perfect however for the amount of money to be paid in this hotel the service was below average - the receptionist on check in was very lovely and professional and quick as well
Room service / operator / housekeeping never pick up the phone when the guest calls - our bedsheet was dirty on check in which was very unacceptable
Bathroom was not the cleanest has some fungi on walls
Keep in mind lower floors will be annoyed of sound of underground train station until 12 am

Breakfast was very good. Service was very good.
The room was not prepared properly - we booked two adults and a child and the sofa bed was not made ready - required us to ask the staff twice in order for the bed to be made up.

The rooms were far too small for a family; even the rooms meant for three couldn't accommodate them. The smell of food permeated the rooms constantly, and the extra bed was a disappointment, as was the blanket, which wasn't a real blanket but a sheet folded over a piece of cloth and presented as an adult blanket.
