Very Poor
We have been incredibly disappointed by this hotel. We expected a 5 Star Hotel, but what we experienced was more like a 3 Star hotel. There was mould in the shower, a crack next to the spotlight in the shower and the room smelled of dust and generally seemed quite worn. The hotel lobby is so heavily perfumed, that I got a headache every time I entered and left the hotel. It was not a nice place to come back to after a long day. The mattress was hard, which meant that I could not sleep well either. The reception desk was always understaffed, which meant that guests had to wait for every small query. The staff was nice and upgraded my room when I told them that I was not satisfied. However, there was never any apology given and the new room had the same issues as the previous room.

I made a reservation in advance, but upon arrival, I was given a room very, very far away at the end of the corridor, and there was no cooperation in this, although I asked and the fashion week was argued despite my frequent visits to the hotel.

Wonderful
Bedroom was very well furnished, quiet, and spacious. The public rooms were magnificent. Staff very polite. Food was good.
I didn't like one or two items in the cooked breakfast.
One evening there was a private party. The music was far too loud, and we couldn't sit in the main lounge as a consequence.
The comfort of the hotel guests was disregarded.
However the music couldn't be heard in our bedroom.
