The location and the hotel was well maintained. The breakfast was good. Half of the staff was very nice.
The room is too small for the price.

room was nice, comfortable. location very good, just in front of Opera. Breakfast was good, different options, well prepared, tasty.
Bed was narrow. Initially we paid for king size bed, but it appeared that bed was only 157cm in width. We paid to upgrade the room with king size bed. There was a cue for breakfast in the morning. Food was good and tasty, but nothing special.

Little over priced for what you receive. Definitely traded on its “Le Grand”.
Staff were all very nice. But frankly we had a better valued and all round experience at another hotel in Paris.
Just another major hotel.
If I had my time over again. I’d stay at a more smaller hotel to get the Parisian experience

I liked the building , old Parisian style furnishing , bed linen , pillows , Byredo line of bathroom products , welcome of the hotel .
I did not like the shower and water tap .
