The location alone cannot compensate for the poor room conditions and lack of customer care
The room smelled unpleasant, was extremely small, and poorly heated. Both the room and especially the bathroom were unacceptably cold, making even a simple shower uncomfortable. The shower itself did not function properly. Despite raising these issues at reception and speaking directly with the manager, I was refused a refund for prepaid nights and forced to stay, with no real effort to resolve the situation.

All staff is very polite and helpful .
Classic room ,small, the shower was broken.
Dirty toilets on the ground floor of the hotel
Spa! No swimming pool. Only steam sauna and finnish sauna. Unprofessional therapists (worst massage ever).
Only one bottle of water (every time you need to ask , but they bring not more than one again).
Housekeeping does not clean cups or glasse, simply take it and don’t return.
Minibar is not being refilled.

It's a fine hotel, it has everything you need and it's good too if you just like to spend money, make picture's and be in between people wearing suits and acting like influencers. Not really my style but that's okay, to each their own.
People acting like influencers while they didn't even have a room here. Haha.
