Staff at the reception were great and always helpful
Staff at the restaurants were cheerful , the Air condition broke in my room the lad three days
House keeping at 4th were not so, every day I ask them to clean my room but no response until the manager told to do it

Everything . Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.
Excellent breakfast . But toaster needs to be replaced. The toaster is not sufficient even for small family. I recommend big Roller toaster .

Location. Service. Cold Aircon. Balcony. The atrium was lovely. Bidet sprayer.
The shower area is very tight no enough place for shampoos and bodywash. The water pressure is weak. Taking shower was unpleasant..
Drinking water they supply only first day of stay. You have to request everytime.
Hotel furniture needs upgade..

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I really enjoyed my stay.

Conceriege was impeccable
The room service was terrible. They never answered if they were busy. U had to call front desk and wait almost 2 hrs for a return call when it was busy

Exceptional staff from reception and concierge to the cleaners and door men. We really appreciated the welcome and kindness and exceptional service. The 2 am welcome after hard travel, concierge help with airline, getting us tickets and restaurant recommendations and reservations and the amazing breakfast buffet and Sunday brunch! Staff were just fantastic,

Everything was so perfect! The room was clean, and we really enjoyed the impressive decorations and elegant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff was extraordinary, ready to help everywhere anytime. Also, the view on the Opera Garnier was breathtaking!! Expensive stay, but worth every euro spent.

Disappointing
The room was too small , compared with the price we paid for 4 nights 4000 € !! I had a queen bed and we were two me and my husband! To much small for two
And i ask the reception if I could change my room or make any upgrades they revues since they tell the hotel is full! Also the toilet was sprit from the hand wash! On the other side of room!
