the location was great within a short walking distance from the metro and the staff were pleasant.
the rooms were quite small and my particular room seemed to have a slope in the floor meaning you were not sleeping flat.

The hotel is in an excellent location, bus, metro stations are within 5 mins walk, restaurants and shops too.
It is a small hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Our room was on the ground floor therefore was easily accessible by wheelchair. The room had accessible bathroom too.
The room was freshly refurbished so was absolutely clean and bed bug free. Matress was beyond comfy.
We have asked for an accessible room and I think the hotel went above and beyond to provide it. Responded to all our questions in a timely manner.
It is not that we didn't like anything.
The breakfast is limited (continental) but was plenty. The breakfast area is not accessible by wheelchair though the breakfast can be taken into your room.
There are no real chairs or tables in the room though to have your breakfast on. Just a very small side table and a plastic pouffe .

The room is really tiny and like a prison cell. No friendly atmosphere at all. The shower is good, but the floor is flooded every time. No amenities provided except extremely cheap soap. Too expensive !!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were the best point for this hotel. Thank you all.

The room was ok, main thing is that it was clean
The breakfast room was uncomfortable very warm, the set up was a bit chaotic with people in line an then others coming down the stairs. I only ate there once and preferred to have breakfast elsewhere
