The staff was incredible! So helpful and kind with my family (specially my toddler). They have a great area near the kitchen that we can use even when the kitchen is closed, which was great to sit and have some wine and cheese bought on the near store. They have toys and games as well. Great value for money! Also very close to metro station, which makes everything easier!

This is a budget hotel and offers accommodation to suit its market profile. Clean and comfortable with a very reasonable breakfast selection.
The area around the hotel is the best.

Aircon in room didn't make the room cooler made it hot, the floor was hot to walk on, had a very bad night sleep left the next morning and there was mold in the bathroom

Wonderful
The property was very close to the Metro 9 station Port Montreuil. The breakfast was really good and having 24 hr access to free coffee, tea and filtered water was very nice. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The air conditioning in the room worked great for those hot days. The rooms were clean and so was the rest of the hotel. On the many late nights coming back from sight seeing we would grab food for takeout and go sit in the downstairs breakfast area and eat and talk about the day we had. It was a great bonding and decompressing time for me, my wife and two teen kids.
The location was definitely not in a touristy area. The pro of that was we did get to experience 4 local restaurants with decent food with great prices. Cafe Numidia (Algerian), Cafe De LIndustrie, Galatasaray(Turkish/Halal) and a delicious pastry shop Fabrication Artisanale. The cons of that, there were some guys definitely doing what seemed like illegal commerce at the entrance of the metro and on some corners. Having grown up in the inner city of Philadelphia, I could tell what was up. They didnt bother us though, besides getting a few stares. Having said that I wouldnt be comfortable having my wife and daughter walk to the Metro without me being there.
A couple of things about the property itself. Having been only my second time in Europe, the other time was Amsterdam, Ive come to notice that non chain hotel rooms are quite small. I guess its a European thing? Dont expect Hotel rooms like in the US. There isnt a closet and there isnt room to really sit down other than on the bed. I ended up getting 2 rooms for the 4 of us. Keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. We only had small carry ons so it worked for us. The rooms do not come with and iron or ironing board. If you need an iron you have to call the front desk for one and they expect you to return it once you are done. My wife ironed all of our clothes at once so we didnt have to ask for it again.
