There was a heater on the roof right outside both windows in the room so there was no let up from the heat and the staff had no interest in any of the complaints we had and hid in the back all the time

Really great breakfast - even for this coeliac! I particularly loved the freshly squeezed OJ every morning. The room is compact (as is pretty standard for Paris) but having the little balcony was wonderful to get some fresh air and some morning sunshine. Loved that you could get a glass bottle to fill with still or sparkling water to bring up to your room too.

A nice small boutique hotel. Comfortable and quiet.
Not that much close to Gare St. Lazare, you need about 10 minutes walk. Wi fi was unstable.

Room was big enough for Paris, room was clean, bed and the mattress comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, coffee and the bread were good (exceeded my expectation) . Location was good neat train and metro station.
The shower cabin was very very small . We are petite but barely fit inside.

The location.
The room was filthy. The bedsheets were covered in yellow stains, long black hair and bugs, the desk was greasy and there was hair in the shower. I booked for two nights but left after one (I would have left sooner but it was late at night and I had no alternative accommodation). I have requested a refund but no one is responding.

I liked nearly everything about this place. It is conveniently located near Gare Saint Lazare, the breakfast area was quite nice. The overall furnishings and decorations were nice.
The elevator was microscopic, but this is quite common in Paris (I lived there for a year). The WiFi was almost unusable (fortunately, I was able to tether to my phone with no issue).

the hotel is in a beautiful haussmnan buliding and its location is great , and close to 2 metro lines, we had a room with 2 balconies which was very nice the beds are confortable and the breakfast is good I recommend this hotel and definetely will come back
I didnt see any bakery or grocery shop in the hotel street

Very good location and easy to get around everywhere. Felt very safe at night. Fresh orange juice and coffee at breakfast was great.
We moved room twice, first smelt of smoke and second damp- rooms need air freshener. Very small lift, only fits one person and a suitcase! Streets were noisy at night and bin men early so didnt sleep much!
