Excellent Breakfast, especially the fresh fruit variety and mini baguette.
Location: Top-notch! 3 mins walk to the Train Station, 15mins walk to Eiffel Tower and within strolls to restaurants and bistros.
The staff (especially at the reception) lacked courtesy and were quite blunt. They should be warmer and more welcoming to the guests.
They insisted that we settle the city tax first, else they would not allow us to our pre-booked room, without taking into consideration that we had a long 12-hour flight and 1 hour drive from the airport.

Only location. Rest was anything but nice.
Bad experience. Worst price quality in years. Overpriced prison rooms. Breakfast also so bad. Please reconsider to visit this hotel, there’s a myriad of much better alternatives. Never again for me.

Location - there is a metro close by, just walking distance.
Breakfast - was lovely. Good variety
check in and check out was fast

bathroom is much smaller
we were on the 2nd floor - and its not sound proof. It was very noisy, i had to tell the staff to keep quite (twice)
they missed out cleaning the room

Absolutely loved the location. The TV didnt woek for the first 2 days but the staff was extremely helpful and fixed it. The staff was courteous and friendly. Made me feel at home.
The room was very comfy.
I woukd improve a bit on the services and cleanliness. The rugs in the hallways could be cleaner (not bad though). And I would have approciated a bottle of water in the room and simple details.
For the rest, I am very grateful for the place and the stay. Would stay there again. A great neighborhood, near to metro and walking distance amenities.

Location was great and central. We used the lobby area quite a bit for working meetings. Rooms were comfortable. Staff were friendly and competent.
The only negative was the size of the single rooms. They were really tiny, although probably what one should expect based on the location and more reasonable price paid.
