The hotel is in a really nice location, quite close to the Eiffel Tower and in a safe area. The rooms were clean.
I was also very happy to see that lactose-free milk was available for breakfast by default, as I’m lactose intolerant. Thank you for taking guests with dietary needs into consideration.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected, and there wasn’t quite enough light for my partner to do her makeup comfortably. However, the soundproofing was excellent, so overall it felt like a fair trade-off for such a good location.

The location of the hotel was very good and convenient, which was definitely one of the best things about my stay.
The room was missing several basic amenities, including drinking water, soap, a toothbrush and toothpaste, as well as tea and coffee. The room felt incomplete and not properly prepared for guests upon arrival.
I was quite disappointed because these are basic necessities that I would expect to be available in a hotel, especially at this category.

We had such a wonderful stay at Ibis. The location was absolutely perfect — very convenient and made it so easy to get around and enjoy the city.
The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection and everything fresh and delicious.
But what truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality made such a difference and made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay.
A great location and a beautiful breakfast are always important, but it’s the people who make you remember a hotel — and the team here definitely did that for us.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and absolutely recommend it! ❤️

The only thing I really liked about the hotel was its location. It’s close to the Eiffel Tower and conveniently located near several bus and metro stations.
The Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible and barely usable. The bathroom is ridiculously small and extremely uncomfortable. The pillow was awful, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep, and the air conditioning was equally disappointing. The hotel is also extremely noisy, you can hear conversations, footsteps, and noise from the neighboring rooms. Overall, these issues significantly affected the quality of my stay and made the experience far less comfortable than expected.

The hotel is so big. There is a lot of common area comfortable to stay, they serve breakfast until 10 a.m (good for me because I am uses to wake up late) and they also have dinner in a good price. The hotel has the own parking but it is paid (30 euros per night as far as I remember). Even if it is paid, I think it is still cheaper than putting the car in a parking outside. There is a train station in front of the hotel, so it is so easy to take a train. There is a lot of restaurant in the street also and I think it is a safe neighborhood. The room was confortable, a big confortable bed. The toilet is small, but I could use it well too. Problably tall people would not feel comfort there. But honestly I think it is a Paris problem to minimize places.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Eiffel Tower — you can reach it within just a few minutes on foot. The rooms are clean, and the staff is great and very welcoming.
In my opinion, it’s a perfect place to stay if it’s your first time in Paris and you want to be close to the main sights and historic areas.
This was my second stay here, a few years after my first visit, and I’m happy to say the place is still just as great. Definitely recommend it!

The location was in a great neighborhood in Paris with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from the elevator waiting area as we were on the 8th floor. We got the breakfast included and they had options, but normally was the same selections, it was good.
The room and bathroom were very compact and small. The shower space was a tight squeeze. The toilet space was very narrow against the wall. The room was warm but limited ac. Took two requests from the front to retrieve a fan. The hotel also did not offer complimentary water as most hotels do. The front desk could also have been a little more attentive.

the reception staff unnecessarily cut my invoice value excess 112 euro which i have already mailed to hotel as the amount was total 220 euro for one night approx but he tried my card tripple time for which unnecessarily cut 112 euro extra from my credit card which i found and understand later via my personal email notification and bank statement.
