We loved the location in the less touristy part of Paris. Loved being able to walk to corner cafes and shops, and close proximity to busses and Metro. We felt safe, and the staff were truly kind and helpful. Breakfasts were beautiful and had many choices.
We do need to say that the pictures on the website of the rooms don't actually show the rooms at this hotel. Although the rooms were fine- clean, safe, good beds, they were not as updated as the pics showed.

Lovely location, though the venue has the charm of an Ibis hotel, so, you better set your expectations first.
The smell in the elevator as well as in our corridor, was intensely irritating, as was the "automatic" door at the entrance that was only opened when the receptionist saw you, or when you were using a separate doorbell (also during the day).
